I decided to finally post this photo at the very end of the season because when I look at it, I see confidence and strength that I never imagined I would ever have as a woman.

Family Visit: Part 2 ❤️

Sisters, cousins, kids, parents, aunts and uncles, the goats, the dogs, the old friends who became chosen family🫶🐾 and all the humid feels of a North Carolina summer ☀️ 🌧️

Sometimes #wellness looks like this too 🥰

Spring’s final chapter 🍃 summer’s prologue ☀️

Farmer’s markets, uniquely Sonoma County hikes, brunches, and experiences, goat yoga, wellness retreats, new workouts, sister yoga, healthified summer recipes, self care, and poolside reads! Arguably the most wonderful time of the year 💚🌱 by @jenbakane

Sisters in the Land of Enchantment 🌵 🌮 🍋‍🟩

We dropped a pin on the map and met in the City Different full of sunshine, high desert views, and Adobe Architecture to catch up, celebrate big birthdays, and share lots of laughs and margs… oh and we let the guys come this time too. The weekend flew by way too fast, but the memories made will last forever <3

I now know how to make Tamales, and you can ask me later how horseback riding went for me 🫣

Your mom only turns 70 once 🎂 🍷

The week went by way too fast, but we celebrated so much and the best memories were made💕

Happy International Women’s Day ❤️

The past couple of weeks have been fueled by moments with amazing women I get to call my friends, laughs, fitness, wine, and a squat/push up challenge that I actually love but cannot wait to be over thanks to the @taradain 😘

Today was just the cherry on top 🍒 thanks to @karvesonoma and @beltaneranch 🥰 for an afternoon of all of it!!

We are not each other’s competition!! Let’s continue to support each other, lift each other up, and remind each other how powerful and beautiful we truly are!
