Karve Wellness Retreat Recap 🤍

This day was more than just movement and relaxation, it was a homecoming to self. An opportunity to reconnect ourselves we lose touch with while on the daily grind, a chance to fill our cup and recenter.

To the incredible women who stepped out of their comfort zone, held space for themselves and others, we truly thank you for making our first retreat so special and unforgettable.

An enormous thank you to @jenbakane for joining forces and bringing this vision to life, and for teaching such a beautiful, intuitive yoga flow! Thank you to @thelodgesonoma for hosting us at your stunning property.

Our focus with kommunity gatherings isn’t ’is it Instagram worthy?’, our drive is ‘how can we impact those who come?’ How can we see you, support you, celebrate you. ✨

Fun day of yoga and animals @charliesacres in Sonoma thanks to @jenbakane. Without the rain you do yoga with the goats but it worked out for the best. One of the goats wanted to play with me like I’m a goat too. 🤣

Also very good news today one of my brothers might just move to Napa tbd. 🙏
