We may have lost our sweet Czerniak matriarch, “Amazing Grace” back in November, but her family got together in her honor and had an incredible week together in the OBX. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren☺️

Congrats to our sweet boy, Jayston! It was out last “First Communion” 💙 🥹 A little bittersweet but we had a beautiful mass by Father Rob and a great celebration it turned out to be! And the Sabres won 6-1! Haha, God is so good! 🙏 4-26-26 by @jenczar5
