This Uptown duplex isn’t your average listing — and that’s exactly why it’s worth seeing in person.

Fully renovated, live in one side while a tenant helps cover your mortgage, a built-in recording studio in the garage, a huge deck, and real income on the table. For the right investor or house-hacker, this is the one.

Homes with this much character don’t photograph the whole story — you have to walk it.

📲 Ready to see it? Let’s get you in. Schedule a private showing — call or text me at (651) 334-1678.

How do you live a life you love ?

Choose it.

On good days,
The day to day,
During the mundane, even amidst tribulation, anger, uncertainty —
living a life we love requires action.
Each decision, the answer, leads us to living a life we love 💛

Do I go outside instead of sitting where I always do, passing time?

Do I pull out a book instead of turning on Netflix — even read just a few pages, which could turn into an afternoon of imagination, indulging in a great story!

Do I choose an evening yoga class to change it up ?

And the choices go on and on .. but the one that lights you up — that voice won’t be as loud as the old ego that will tell you stay comfortable , go easy.

Make yourself available to your future self’s desire and follow where the energy leads ✨

What small choice are you making today? 👇

Ask me why I'd actually live here. ☀️

Everyone wants to know what makes a home special. For me? It's the light.

This Uptown duplex is the rare one that makes you slow down — sun pouring in, a huge deck made for fall mornings, and a view of the most beautiful old church.

And the magic part: you live in one side while a tenant helps cover your mortgage. The lifestyle AND the smart-money move. 🙌

Could you see yourself here? Tell me below 👇 — or DM me for a private look.

Save this one for the daydream. 📌

Not every listing comes with a soundproof secret. 🎙️

This Uptown duplex has something I've genuinely never seen before — and for the right person, it's the whole dream. (Press play… then tell me you're not a little obsessed.)

My favorite part of this job? Playing matchmaker — finding the ONE buyer a home was basically built for.

🎵 Know a musician, producer, or podcaster who needs to see this? Tag them below.
📲 Or call/text me at (651) 334-1678 — I'd love to tell you all about it.

Save this for the buyer who's meant for it. 📌

Raise your hand if your commute is now a walk down the hall. ✋

These days so many of us work from home — which means your home office isn't a nice-to-have anymore, it's a make-or-break. And a good one? It's a room you actually WANT to walk into.

Think sunlight pouring in. Everything you need at your fingertips. Room to pour a coffee and even entertain a client or two.

When I'm helping you find your next home, this is exactly the kind of detail I'm hunting for on your behalf — because how you live in a space matters as much as the square footage.

What's your work-from-home must-have? Tell me below 👇 (I'm nosy about a good office.)

Call or text me at (651) 334-1678. ☎️

Yom Kippur Ekadeshi Autumn Equinox and soon Harvest Moon 🌕🍁🍂💫

I want to share something personal you may not know about me, I am an Airfast 👑 Last Night I completed a 72-hour fast as a sacred reset — no food, no water, no noise, just presence. I moved through timelines, walked with intention, and allowed myself to be fully with myself. What unfolded was deeper than discipline — it was a return. I became lighter, clearer, more grounded, and somehow even more nourished in spirit. By the time I got halfway thru , I felt more anchored than ever, despite today having released 14 pounds.

What I found wasn’t deprivation — it was devotion. I felt full, satisfied, and deeply aligned. In my daily life, I’m still showing up as a wife, a woman, a steward of my responsibilities — but this reminded me that putting myself first is not selfish, it is sacred. It’s how I show up more truthfully in every space. How I say yes to God🙏

I came back reconnected to my essence, strengthened in self-trust, and resurrected in a way only deep stillness can reveal. Stepping into this next winter, this next year, I’m moving forward as the woman I was always becoming but had forgotten. If this resonates for you and your curious where to start a practice such as this I welcome your questions and connection💖 ✨✨✨#dryfasting #airfast #ritual by @jenelleellen
