POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This is what happens when I ask my clients for testimonials. 😂

Jenelle and Stefanie live close to each other, and somehow they’ve ended up interviewing each other instead.

Now they’re sending me the interviews, the bloopers… and they’re having way too much fun.

I want in. 😂

When I first met these two women, they were completely different people.

And now?

You can literally see the light shining out of them.

They’re lighter. Brighter. More open. More alive. More themselves.

That’s what AIR Fasting does.

You clear out so much physically, mentally and energetically that there’s finally space for you to come through.

I mean…

Can you not see the light in this woman? ✨

Shout-out to the beautiful, powerful @jenelleellen.

And yes… she’s 60 pounds lighter.

While still eating pizza. 😂🍕

AIR Fasting isn’t about never eating again.

It’s about having the freedom to choose… and knowing it’ll be worth it.

If you want to join Jenelle, Stefanie, and a community filled with this much light, love, laughter, and transformation as we become the healthiest, happiest versions of ourselves…

Comment MANIFEST and I’ll send you the link.

🔥 Our community opens TOMORROW — August 1.
🌬️ The 30-Day AIR Fasting Challenge begins August 5.
❤️‍🔥 I can’t wait to welcome you.

Testimonial from my soul client, Jenelle!

Working with this goddess has been nothing short of awe-inspiring. She is one of the most resilient, powerful women I’ve ever coached — and it’s been an honour to be her guide into becoming more of who she truly is.
In our time together, she’s dropped 50 pounds, healed her hip-replacement injuries, released chronic body aches… and she now looks at least a decade younger. Sometimes two! 🥰

Jenelle is a big part of why I evolved Dry Fasting into Air Fasting.
I’ve lived this lifestyle for years — breathwork, meditation, syncing with nature, hormonal nutrition, and my signature intermittent dry fasting — but I never taught the full method until she asked for it.

Air Fasting releases physical, emotional, and mental heaviness so you can rise into your greatness.
It doesn’t just shift your body weight — it clears karmic patterns, old beliefs, and the mental loops that keep women stuck at the same weight and health and level year after year.

Air fasting accelerates physical healing and transformation and personal, spiritual, and professional growth. It’s the greatest frequency and vibration hack there is.

Welcome to quantum leaping as a lifestyle, my love. ❤️‍🔥✨
And I couldn’t be prouder of this radiant goddess — she is pure light and love… what I saw inside her the first call we had has become manifest in the flesh, and it’s an honour to be part of the greatest movie of her life. I can’t wait for what’s next!! 🎬✨

P.S. Hours left to snag a FREE 1:1 Health Reset Consultation with me and get 3 of my programs at 75% off. Offer ends Dec 5!

Are you ready to transform? Because once you say yes, there’s no going back. As @jenelleellen says, “Your new life will cost you the price of your old life.” 💋✨

Yesterday reminded me why I created Girlpolished 🤍
We came together at the Beautox Beauty Bar in White Bear Lake for an afternoon of beauty, connection, and empowerment. Every woman has her own unique story, from the beginning, the middle and the next chapters …. Beauty is Service and hearing all of them truly touched my heart 💕

This event wasn’t just about makeup — it was about women supporting women, celebrating beauty from the inside out, and lifting one another higher ✨

A huge thank you to the incredible ladies who collaborated with me, @jenelleellen @thenicolelanger @beautoxbar @nurse_peterson.lizzie your energy, support, and confidence made this such a special experience. Here’s to more moments like this together! #Girlpolished”_

What an amazing day with the most talented crew! Portkey SEO Solutions hired Terri Birnbaum @birnbaum415 owner of ForGood Films to film a professional video for us. I don’t have enough positive words to say about how professional Terri and her crew was. She had an entire production crew and I could see their perfectionism in having set the perfect lighting, sound, set up, story line - all of it.

Thank you so much, Terri. I CAN’T wait to see the final cut/s 🌟 So grateful to have you in my network in @firesidebni_minnetonka Fireside MN and beyond!

A BIG thank you to my wonderful clients who showed up to star in our video and talk about their experience working with us on their website/digital marketing, Amanda Thiele, @janinemagel , @jenelleellen E. Nelson - I appreciate you very much! 🩵
