Sitting on the edge of heaven ~

My voice an offering,

What is calling you deeper?

🌹This is what happens when you listen . . . and follow your bliss — that whispering voice of the divine inside you, begging to be cultivated . . . to be shared.

🎤For me, I hear “SING” most often.

🙌Singing has become an integral piece of my personal spiritual practice — giving voice to the elements of the unseen all around us.

🌹I use a loop pedal — every vocal you hear in this clip is my voice, channeled with intention.

🌹Do you feel it?
🪘Deep within your bones?

🔥A calling back to your inner wild woman . . .

🌷A calling toward softening.

🧜‍♀️A calling to remember what it feels like to be naked in sacred waters with your sisters, heart pounding like a drum as you roar like a lion . . . and surrender to your heart with the unfurling of ferns.

🪷An empowered softening into the existence of being a woman — bare feet on the ground, remembering your divine feminine essence and true wisdom.

🌲Temple of Belonging is a gathering rooted in relationship — women coming together, in community, in these Pacific Northwest forests, to remember what it feels like to truly belong to ourselves, to each other, to Earth and Spirit.

🙏Because belonging isn’t something anyone can hand you.

🌻It’s a coming home to our true nature — a forgiveness, an acceptance, a surrender back into wholeness.

💕And it’s built together: in shared meals, shared ceremony, knowledge, and shared stories.

🌹This gathering is unlike any other I’ve experienced — a reclamation of what it means to be a woman in community, rooted in the elements, in ritual, and in the wisdom we share with each other.

🍯This is nourishment for the body, mind, and soul.

🌻Beyond excited to be hosting a Breathwave Ceremony for @templeofbelonging this September, with my Breath-Sister @dr.lulaplumb !

The breath is one of the oldest tools we have for returning to ourselves.

Breathwave is a conscious connected breathing practice that uses the breath as a portal into deeper layers of consciousness, emotion, and inner wisdom. Guided by carefully curated music and held within a ceremonial container, participants are invited to follow the breath’s innate intelligence and create space for what the body is ready to move, feel, or release.

The experience is different for everyone. Emotions, memories, visions, deep peace, or unexpected clarity may arise. Rather than trying to make something happen, we practice listening to the body and allowing the breath to lead.

This is both a healing practice and a ceremony, honoring something remarkably simple and ancient: our capacity to breathe, feel, and return to what is true.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDES: JEN GENS & DR. LULA PLUMB

Jen Gens and Dr. Lula Plumb bring together years of experience in breathwork, bodywork, ceremony, and whole-person healing.

Jen (that’s me:) is a Purpose Clarity Coach, Breathwork Ceremonialist, and Spiritual Guide whose work weaves Breathwave, ritual, Jungian psychology, somatic healing, energy medicine, sound, and yoga. She creates spaces for deep listening and authentic expression, helping people reconnect with their own inner knowing and the deeper truth of who they are.

Lula is a Chiropractor and Breathwave Facilitator based in Portland, Oregon. Her work brings together bodywork and breathwork, alignment and expansion, creating space for healing that includes the whole person. As a mother of three young daughters, she also carries a deep commitment to women gathering together, supporting one another, and remembering that we were never meant to do all of this alone.

Together, we hold Breathwave with reverence for the intelligence of the body, the power of the breath, and what becomes possible when women have the space to truly feel and be held.

Being the Queen & a Leader means showing the Ff up! For ourselves first and foremost. It means being able to tune into to our own capacity. . . And learning when to have discernment.
Still learning that “no” is a complete sentence.

🛘Part One was the mountain that broke me open and the slow return to wholeness.

🌞Part Two was the divine intertwine, healing the mother wound, and home-coming.

🪷Part Three lands us here:

😍People ask me what qualifies me to do the work I do.

🍯My answer: a pressurized cauldron of initiations that made me who I am today.

🏔️Through it all — a mountain hospitalization that completely rerouted my life, and then my mother’s fall, seven months after my own.

👁️Aligning with what truly mattered, putting myself first as an act of service . . . eye-gazing into her familiar, star-like eyes, and ultimately watching her soul transition into a portal of light.

🌹Nothing was ever the same after that. And neither was I.

✨Sometimes the things we thought we were meant for . . . are just catalysts for our soul’s initiations to evolve into our true essence.

💗The ego may fight. Yet the heart ultimately yearns to surrender and blossom open.

🔥These initiations are the priceless training and alignment of my purpose.
This has made me into the guide I am today.

Part One was the mountain initation:

13 broken bones of my spine and ribs, neck brace, clavicle a steel plate, a TBI.

Ultimately the initiation that taught me to slow down and become whole to trust in God’s process.

Part Two was everything after:

Losing the relationship, the second dropout of pre-med, losing my home — all in one month.

Then the call that sent me home to my mom, paralyzed and fighting for her life just 7 months after my fall.

Grace and forgiveness were not just learned, but integrated into my soul through Trusting in the Process no matter how challenging.

Practices that I carry with me and that changed my Life~

Ultimately aligning me with who I am today and the work I do with others.
