Keepin it real for a sec: As I'm celebrating my album completion and proud of my successes thus far, there's an interesting emotion that keeps surfacing that I can't quite name. There's a strange juxtaposition in celebrating songs that derived from deep pain, grief, and heartbreak. While I am in a much better personal headspace now more than ever (with the exception of the horrifying state of the world of course) - many of these tracks represent some of the darkest moments I've ever experienced. Track 5: One More Day particularly encapsulates the table at Rock Bottom Cafe I sat at for a long while (@katiebhappyy ). For me, I learned that in order to authentically and honestly find my inner light, I had to navigate through a lot of darkness @jengens One More Day embodies just that. I'm learning that many things exist all at once. I am honoring the dark, the light, and everything in between. I'm grateful that I was able to repurpose parts of my story into sound - and even more so - moved by the possibility of it resonating with someone else's ✨ 📷: @electraking 💄: @juliabedeaux #singersongwriters #newmusicalert‼️ #originalsong ballad #madiecentenari

How epic are these?! Jen Gens. Sound healer. Priestess. Soul sister. We met in Costa Rica many moons ago. Both happened to land in Oregon. And when she was ready to be seen as the queen she actually is, we knew exactly what to do. Four hours. Short Sands Beach. Oregon Coast. Ceremonial container. Her vision was clear: loving her inner child + her higher self. Showing the priestess. The queen of her soul’s purpose. A little more witchy. Unapologetic. Connected to God, to angels, to guidance. So we brought the elements. Fire. Smoke. Medicine wheel. Torches. Rose petals. White veils. Sound healing bowls. The spiral of earth, air, fire, water, spirit. She stood in white gowns floating above Short Sands. And the camera witnessed her remembering. Higher self. Aligned. Confident. Rested. Unapologetic. Bold. Connected to nature. Connected to her soul’s purpose. This is what Brand Embodiment does. It’s not just photos. It’s a priestess standing next to another priestess saying: “I see you. I witness your medicine. Your higher self is undeniable.” Jen came with a clear vision. We co-created with the elements. And now she has images that prove who she actually is—a queen of her own soul’s purpose. The Oregon Coast has that magic. When you combine a priestess facilitator + a sacred location + a woman ready to be seen + ceremony + the elements = transformation. Jen’s website just got the upgrade it deserved. And every person who sees these images will feel her medicine immediately. This is the work. DM ‘embodiment’ if you’re ready to be witnessed in your highest self. 🔥✨ #BrandEmbodiment #OregonCoast #PriestessPhotography #SoundHealer #HigherSelf ShortSands

BREATHWAVE CEREMONY 😮‍💨 Category: Breathwork | Ceremony | Embodied Healing The breath is one of the oldest tools we have for returning to ourselves. Breathwave is a conscious connected breathing practice that uses the breath as a portal into deeper layers of consciousness, emotion, and inner wisdom. Guided by carefully curated music and held within a ceremonial container, participants are invited to follow the breath’s innate intelligence and create space for what the body is ready to move, feel, or release. The experience is different for everyone. Emotions, memories, visions, deep peace, or unexpected clarity may arise. Rather than trying to make something happen, we practice listening to the body and allowing the breath to lead. This is both a healing practice and a ceremony, honoring something remarkably simple and ancient: our capacity to breathe, feel, and return to what is true. ABOUT JEN GENS & DR. LULA PLUMB Jen Gens and Dr. Lula Plumb bring together years of experience in breathwork, bodywork, ceremony, and whole-person healing. Jen is a Purpose Clarity Coach, Breathwork Ceremonialist, and Spiritual Guide whose work weaves Breathwave, ritual, Jungian psychology, somatic healing, energy medicine, sound, and yoga. She creates spaces for deep listening and authentic expression, helping people reconnect with their own inner knowing and the deeper truth of who they are. Lula is a Chiropractor and Breathwave Facilitator based in Portland, Oregon. Her work brings together bodywork and breathwork, alignment and expansion, creating space for healing that includes the whole person. As a mother of three young daughters, she also carries a deep commitment to women gathering together, supporting one another, and remembering that we were never meant to do all of this alone. Together, Jen and Lula hold Breathwave with reverence for the intelligence of the body, the power of the breath, and what becomes possible when women have the space to truly feel and be held. Come and join us in this multifaceted dance of unraveling the body as women!

The rain came that weekend. I don’t think that was a coincidence. 🌧️ This past Sunday I facilitated a water ritual at Medicina and the sky opened. We slowed down. We felt. We grieved, together, in a way most of us never get space to. That is the medicine we need right now, in the middle of ecocide, in the middle of genoc*de. Not more noise. Not more numbness. A place to actually feel it. I came home from the festival straight into smoke so thick I can barely go outside. From that potent, rain-soaked forest to this…a hard landing. The waters need our prayers. The earth needs our prayers. 🔥 Oregon just broke its all-time wildfire record this year, and much of what’s burning is Native land…nearly 230,000 acres in native lands, with the Colville, Warm Springs, Umatilla, and Yakama Nations all facing evacuations. If you’re grieving, be gentle with yourself. Build a water altar. Pray. 🤲🏼 Dance it out. Rest. Let your inner river move. Stay present. Prepare. I’m angry. I’m sad. For the animals. For the Native peoples whose homelands are burning right now, who have tended this land since long before any of us. Resource yourself and give where you can: 🌊 Confederated Tribes of Colville — Cedar Fund 🌊 Native Arts and Culture Foundation — Warm Springs relief 🌊 American Red Cross Cascades Region 🌊 Wildland Firefighter Foundation, OR Chapter Give what you can. Pray what you can. Rest when you can. 🔥🙏🏻🌧️ . . #oregonfires

“Teach Dance. Travel the world. Perform when it feels aligned. Get paid for being myself…” That was the prayer I made in 2011 when I decided to step onto this path of facilitation. Almost 15 years ago. What has emerged as that prayer evolved amidst a time of radical change, is a coherent method for experiencing and training connection through dance, and moving in a good way with life’s changes. Mindful partner dance. Somatic Relational Movement. Yes this is rooted in Fusion partner dance. No you do not need to be partnered to receive the benefits. No you do not have to have a perfect partnership (or be in one at all) to explore and share about being in relationship through this medium. What we need now are humble leaders who know how to listen, and faithful followers — ones that will lead us better than we thought possible. In all our relations. This training gives you everything you need to teach partner dance, but more over it gives you what you need to lead in community and share this gift of connection with others. Humbly, respectfully, truthfully. As I’ve watched the world descend into screen addition, “post truth” and an empathy starved state, the more clear it has become how badly needed healthy masculine presence is today. And how deeply yearning we all are for beautifully aligned feminine leadership. I am not talking about men and women. I am talking about the balancing of yin and yang in a humanity at war with itself. I am talking about being the Way together. When you feel into the ground of your purpose, ask yourself, “do I resonate with this?” If the answer is yes, I’d love for you to fill out the application on our website. Let’s explore what your prayer is and see if there’s alignment for me to support you in getting there. And I’d love to dance with you. We called in the sun for Summer Solstice last year. Mother Nature said: cute. here’s rain. 🌧️ And honestly? We said thank you. Because here’s the thing about baddies who live in ritual we don’t fight the elements. We work with them. And when the rain came rolling in during our water blessing ceremony…the one where we gathered waters from all over the world and offered prayers for every waterway, every river, every ocean, every sacred body of water on this earth —it felt less like bad weather and more like the earth herself showing up to her own ceremony. Like she heard us. Like she always does. This is what I love most about retreat work. You can plan every detail. Every ritual. Every timeline. Every carefully curated moment. And then life arrives — real, wild, unscheduled life —and reminds you that the most sacred moments are never the ones you planned. They are the ones you said yes to when the rain came anyway. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 💧This year we are calling in the sun. ☀️Illuminated Retreat · June 19–22 · Vernonia, Oregon Summer Solstice. Sacred circle. All humans welcome. But baddies — we both know we can play in the rain if we have to. 😅🌿 Comment ILLUMINATE and I’ll send you everything. 💧 ☀️Last 3 Spots ‼️ Registration closes May 31 or when we sell out ✨ . . . . .#illuminatedretreat #summersolstice #waterblessing #liveinritual oregonretrea

🤍🪽 The frequency of white. White is not the absence of color 🪽 it is the presence of all of them. It holds purity. Clarity. Divine light. It is the aura of new beginnings, of open space, of a soul that has done the work and stepped into its power. White is the frequency of those who are ready to be seen fully, luminously, unapologetically. When you wear white in front of my lens, something shifts. The light finds you differently. You stand a little taller. You remember who you are. ✦ For brand embodiment sessions, we vision ways to weave your brand colors into that light ✨grounding your essence into something the world can feel. For goddess sessions, we go even deeper 🪽 into your soul color, the frequency that is uniquely, wholly you. ✦ A few spots remain for spring + summer, and we’re now booking for fall. If white has been calling you 🤍this is your sign. 🕊️ Comment SPRING below if you’d love more info 🤍 . . . .#brandphotography #brandexperience #brandempower #colorwhite #pnwphotographer
