Really good experience for me with a PB in 4’34 for the 1500m.

Now it's time for a three-week altitude training camp at Font-Romeu to prepare for the Swiss championships (July 29).

Deuxième overall sur 2’475 femmes à Lyon en 1h04, et déjà la Turquie dans le viseur 🇹🇷 !

Pronostic : mon chrono en Pro à Istanbul ? Le plus proche gagne… rien 😅 à part tout mon respect !

Bologne 🇮🇹💥

On donne tout, on souffre, et parfois on oublie un tour de course. 😅 5 min de pénalité, la tête de la dernière photo dit tout.

Mais je sais ce que j’ai dans les jambes, 1h04 ! Après Saint-Gall qui m’avait laissé un goût amer, cette course me redonne confiance. Le travail paie. Toujours.

Prochaine étape : descendre ce chrono et aller taper les portes du Pro. 🔥

Sortie de l’eau ➡️ passage sur la ligne d’arrivée 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

3e place au scratch du triathlon de Thonon 🥉

Une belle reprise en triathlon, avec un entraînement qui commence à porter ses fruits 💪

Je sais où je perds encore un peu de terrain (coucou le vélo et les transitions 🙃), mais je sais aussi exactement ce qu’il me reste à travailler pour être prête pour le triathlon de Genève 🔜 samedi 5 juillet.

On continue le taf, avec le sourire et l’envie de progresser 🚀
