Dancer Family is heading to Coronado @crossfitinvictus for 4 months! Packed up our life and ready for friends, beach and a whole lot of fitness.

Any other mom get so overwhelmed with packing? 🙋‍♀️ I hate packing and making decisions on outfits, when in reality she will never wear any clothes 😂 The easiest decision was our matching @nobull outfits.

Star Z turns 6 today! 🍭🌈🦄🌺

A few fun traditions I hope we do every year:

1. Star loves cards. She picked her own card out this year and we wrote a special message and gave the card back on her Bday.

2. Grandma Anne’s birthday is a week before stars, so instead of a friend’s bday bash, we gather our family to celebrate together. Grandma also had a cotton candy, rainbow, unicorn, flower party 😂

3. Camping trip every birthday to reflect and disconnect.

4. Cousin game! This year we played a spin the wheel challenge. Spin the wheel to get your challenge, if u complete it, u get a squishy! 🍔 🍟 🧁 🐙 👛

We added another week in Cape Town… and this one is going to be GOOD 🇿🇦🔥

After an incredible response to our first Cape Town retreat, we’ve added March 16–23, 2027 to the calendar 🙌

Daily workouts with @dellespeegle , @samdancing + @jenndancing , plus swimming with penguins, safari at Aquila Game Reserve, Lion’s Head at sunrise, Stellenbosch wine country, Table Mountain at sunset, rugby, and plenty more.

2026 Glow Row was a success! 🩷💛💜💙

1. I am incredibly proud of our adaptive athletes. They showed up, worked hard and had fun! Congrats to Grace Meyers on 1st place adaptive division.

2. Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered and donated. This event wouldn’t have happened without you. We raised the most money yet. 😛

3. Thank you to our community who showed up and vibed all night!

4. Thank you to DJ Jenn for providing the beats. She came all the way from NY and volunteered her time!

5. Thank you to all the vendors for serving amazing food and drinks all night! We appreciate you.

6. Thank you to @samdancing for putting so much time into the programming and knowing that the set up would work, even though we all questioned it 😂
