For our third single, “Asphalt,” we had the pleasure of collaborating with the amazing artist Jenn Ruff. The cover is based on her work “Weather Up.”

Jenn is a film editor, video artist, and collagist from New Mexico. Her work consists of hand-cut collages, found objects, and salvaged materials. She combines old and new elements to create images that speak of chance, connection, and the stories hidden all around us.

Be sure to check out her other work:

Grateful for a beautiful weekend of new art, new friends, bonfires on bent street & trampolines in paradise. The world is upside down and horrifying, let us help in all the ways we can. I feel humbled to be here & grateful for the magic in nature, humans & art. 🙏🏽✨ by @jennruff

Beautiful words of gratitude from Betty…

Damn, y'all. I'm having one of those pinch-me-am-I-dreaming kinda days...Finding it difficult to put into words the amount of love and gratitude pulsing in my chest right now, but I wanna say some thanks... to Jenn Ruff for making this stunning video, to @bradenguessmusic and @bretttomadin for making this music with me, to @desertrecords for continuing to support this project, to the Lost Sunshine Cinema Collective for being the trellis upon which such god damn beautiful shit is growing: @jacklorang @sparker1769 @strangebrainz

May this #fullmoon usher in some dreams for you as well.
