Unpopular opinion: kids can work hard, love the game, and still have a whole lot of fun along the way 🏒

That 80/20 hockey life. Let ’em be kids✌️ taken in <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 by @jennsouter

Wow. Where do I begin? Hudson, you CRUSHED this last year with @jdfgrizzlies_u11c3 😎 Your style if play is so chill and confident. When you're on D, I know you'll hold that line. When you play wing, I know you'll be in the right spot to get that sneaky lil goal 🏒 When I dreamed about being a hockey mom, this is exactly how I pictured it ❤️ Next year in U13, you will be an asset to whichever team you are on. And I will be in the stands (when I can because we have to divide and conquer again next year 🤣) watching it all!

Once again, big thanks to @scoretheexcitement for taking these pictures of calm, cool, and collected Mr Souter at the last @jdfminorhockey tourney. by @jennsouter

This kid ❤️ Parker has grown so much this past year on the @jdfgrizzlies_u11c3 team. I cannot thank @scoretheexcitement enough for capturing Parks' spirit of play in these pictures for the last tournament. The kid has style and swag 😎 Looking forward to seeing more on the 2016 White team @brandonwonghockey this spring. Man, do I ever love to watch him play ❤️🏒

POV: your team manager said “let’s do something fun…” 😜🔥

Next thing you know: real fire. real hockey. zero regrets. 🔥🏒

Meet Kate! The photographer behind these shots and the creative genius who somehow managed to make a bunch of hockey kids look like they’re starring in a Tom Cruise action movie. She brought the vision, the patience, and the magic… 🪄 and honestly this whole vibe wouldn’t exist without her. 🔥

And the brains 🧠 behind the flames: Collin @wildpics_cm 🔥 (Kate’s husband), who made the fire happen safely and perfectly. Because YES, these are REAL controlled flames. No kids, no gear and no sticks were harmed in the making of these photos (the only casualty was our ability to ever do a normal team photo again). 😅🏒🔥

A.I. could neverrrrrr. 😜👌

Go follow the amazing Kate @wrenphotolab and book your own team action movie ✨moment✨
