Found this original beauty at @shirtzenpantz the other day for as much as about seven coffees. It’s a large piece, and nicely framed, but is the frame too heavy? Thinking it could be nice just “loose”. Hmmm, will do some overthinking on this.

Luke turned 84. He seems ok with that. 🙂 He rides his bike and swims everyday, has three men’s groups that he meets with on the regular, learns about Buddhism, is politically active, attends rock-n-roll shows or the theatre, schedules regular family check ins. And, a lot more. Not a lot of monkey business for this guy. Always evolving. (Notes taken. 📝)

Just finished this magnificent read, #HowtoKillaWitch covering the witch trials in Scotland (and a little about Salem, which was just a blip in the whole witchcraft timeline). Really interesting history, leading up to our current-day struggles to fighting the big P, Patriarchy. (Thank you @jessxspinns and Connor for getting this one on my bookshelf!)

We went here, and here, and here, and here. It was another 15,000-step day today.

National African American History Museum (our favorite, and a good place to start), National American History Museum (impressed that it was not MAGA), Air and Space Museum (sharing my Amelia photos, and overall great…but questionable major donors), and finally the Spy Museum (which was recommended to us by the Commandant’s wife—so, had to check it out— and would highly recommend. Great museum interactive activity and really interesting.)

Omigosh: we ate so well at the Sweet Home Cafe at the African American History Museum…soul food, so good. !! And a wonderful seafood dinner at the wharf. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ taken in Washington D. C. by @jennymoffatt
