These images capture a moment when my son was in my womb, around 5 months into my pregnancy, and I was in my studio working on an art piece. For me, creating is one of the most enjoyable states of being - it’s like a gym for the mind. My creative process is highly intellectual, and each piece I create requires a significant amount of time and research to simplify complex ideas and find the perfect medium for expression. In that particular time, I was in the final phase of my creative process, where I’m refining the details to ensure that my vision is fully realized.

I grew up surrounded by nature: mountains, birds, the sea, and more, with the simple pleasures of home always seeming like a natural extension of myself. My father, a doctor and bioanalyst, played an important role in shaping my connection to both human and earthly nature. Our meetings in his laboratories, where he taught me about the human body from the inside out, were enriched by Mother Earth’s gentle lessons on how to connect with our environment. Those years, I was blessed with an abundance that I now know was not the norm for everyone.

As I’ve traveled through life, I’ve experienced many changes: cycles of death and rebirth, openings and closings, the loss of loved ones, the love of many, and the birth of my beautiful son. Yet through it all, my connection to the land has remained constant. No matter where I live or travel, my love for this planet—the plants, forests, jungles, beaches, lakes, volcanoes, seasons, winter… —grounds me and reminds me of my roots.

Today, I continue to explore what life has to offer, cherishing those moments when nature gently nourishes my heart. The world is constantly changing, but I find comfort in knowing that Mother Earth is always there when I need her most. Her gentle presence is a source of strength and comfort.

I see women like me playing a crucial role in shaping the future, guiding the next generation towards a more sustainable and compassionate world. By embracing our deep connection to nature, we can instill values of respect and care in our children, ensuring that the wisdom of the past continues to flourish.

Mother Earth, thank you for always being there, for being the tender and soft place where I can find my balance. I promise to honor and protect you, knowing that your wisdom and resilience will guide us towards a better future.

𝗔 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗦, 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦 ♡

This image is a moment of love, pure and true. It captures the beginning of something beautiful, but marks the closing of a chapter. A 16-year cycle that shaped me, reminded me to rise, and brought me back to myself.

Conscious relationships are sacred paths.
They are not about fixing or filling voids.
They are about connection—
𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆, 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘆, 𝘃𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.

It’s not about winning or losing.
It’s about choosing—intentionally.
Choosing to hold space for one another,
to speak the truths that scare us,
to honor conflicts as teachers,
and to emerge whole, with integrity intact.

As Ram Dass reminds us, relationships are mirrors.
They reflect the parts of us we need to heal.
The shadows, the five-year-old selves we carry—
they all come to the table, asking to be seen.
And in a conscious relationship, we do the work:
We embrace those wounds,
We soften the ego,
And we remind ourselves:
“I see you. I hear you. You are safe now.”

We are not here to save or fix each other.
We are here to 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, to walk side by side,
and to love each other home—back to the truth of who we are.

This chapter may be closing,
but what remains is a rebirth:
The version of me who is ready,
open, and aligned for the conscious love I am calling forth.

May this message, my journey, and this image
remind us all that love is not about possession—
it is about becoming love itself.

To heal. To grow.
To love. Intentionally.

I want magic. I want fierce love, loud and unapologetic. I want kindness so deep it shifts the soul.

Elevate above the noise; let the doubters fade. Chase risk, because without it, there is no story worth telling.

This is a call to live raw and real, to burn bright in a world too often dim and divided.
