The course “Confident Creator” was built to transform creators from states of procrastination and self-doubt into successful achievers who act upon their ideas, and successfully carry out their endeavors. This program is the product of my personal and professional understanding of the subconscious mind, and it provides step-by-step instructions to shift your ideas from dreams into reality. All while enjoying the process!

“Confident Creator” targets feelings of stagnation and powerlessness, reshaping these feelings into empowerment to embody one’s values and confidently execute ideas. This approach does not attempt to alter a person’s conscious actions by choice. Instead, it targets the “mission control” of the psyche. Using the subconscious mind, a person’s entire system of beliefs can be rewired and realigned towards their goals.

Reprogramming the psyche does far more than redirecting a person’s success. It also alters a person’s entire life expression through the clarifying of action, cultivation of self-esteem, and a drive to act upon one’s vision.

Dancing and moving the body to arrive in a peaceful state again, calming and emptying your vessel from random, negative and unnecessary energy and thoughts.

Today we dance to let go of that stress and stagnant energy in the body, mind and heart. It’s not about looking good or having the moves, it is about tapping into your bidy and flowing with the movements and emotions that arise. You can imagine the music similar to a breathwork flow but standkng, moving, sitting, playing and permission to go wild. It is fun!

Bring a friend for free! 7-8pm at @sacredspacemiami link in my bio.

What else is possible today? The thoughtful inquiry we dove into today during our team meeting. Forever thankful for @elenabrower and her continual ability to host the space for possibility in a safe and deeply creative way. This pink moon 🌕has me dreaming about possibilities. I’m just warming up. Pulling this arrow back as I work under the surface. How about you? What else is possible? Are you re- allowing your mind to wander into the realm of possibility? If not now...

Wow. This year has put some perspective on what we need and what we want. I say “we” because I am a mama, a wife and honestly I consider them as part of my office. I can not EVER imagine going back to work in a cubicle. (Don’t get me wrong I have wild imaginings of working by myself on a beach) 🏝 😂🙏 I’m thankful for the people who choose to circle with me and choose to bring kiddos into our zooms, laughter into our calls and all around LIFE into my business. If you are out there, lying in wait for the perfect time to change what you put out into the world.... I’ve got you. I believe you can do it different. I know you can, because WE do. If you love helping others up-level their life to be more natural, closer to the earth, and all around more ALIVE. Let’s talk.

Yesterday my team and I hit GOLD rank with DoTERRA. It is an absolute delight to think we can still help and serve people in this quarantine. So many new homes in the last 4 months! These months have been more challenging for me figuring out logistics and feeling absolutely buried -than any other. All the kids home, no sitters. And yet... still we grow. this business is the best business ever. We truly get to share the best plant wisdom on the planet and help people up- level their lives. I’m learning to get out of the way of this path. Show up. Practice, take care of my people and remember my purpose. Let me know if you want to join us. The best is yet to come. #essentialoils #gold #vitality #femininebusiness #lunarlife #plantwisdom #plantpowered #collaboration #doterra #collectiveconsciousness
