People have always underestimated our ability. I don’t inherently take a lot of pleasure or find that my main driving force is about proving people wrong… It’s more comparable to a smug smile that says “that’s cool, just watch”. Not long ago, we started off as the new kids on the block. The new kids that dissolved a multi-six figure coaching business to buy back time for the road we felt had called to us for a significant period of time. That decision allowed us to build an education business to well over six-figures in 6 months before combining it with our business consultancy service that went to multi-six figures quicker than the rest. A business that scaled to £50k/m+ organically in 12 months. Yep, you read that right, organically. We’re driven by data, we design processes and structure to get to where we want to be, we recognise patterns, all of which we want to pass on to our coaches to remove the volatilities that stand before them in business. I also forgot to mention, we work our balls off. We don’t give half arse answers. We don’t tolerate child like behaviour. We don’t settle. We have fun but when it’s time to work, we fcking work. We’re building a community of coaches that respect their professional standards and coach development. We’re building a business that will always be fluid and adaptable. We’re building a process that coaches have always deserved yet never received. Continue to believe the new kids on the block pish all you want. If you’re not with us, you’re against us. Keep wasting your time and money on the “authorities” of the industry that care only about their own success. Because we’ll be over here, keeping it real. We’ll be contributing nothing but the best and those who choose to trust us will come on a journey like never before. We will build the greatest coaching service for coaches to build their businesses and master their craft. We will spend more on supporting you than anyone else. We will hire more on supporting you than anyone else. We will work harder on supporting you than anyone else. Where else would you be taking shots at 11am while focusing on business? That’s who we are. by @jenrolwich
The key driver for business success, as it’s usually sold is… More clients, more sales, more revenue. That’s cool. But do you know what makes more clients, more sales, more revenue, consistent? You. The professional standards you hold. The desire to be the very best your niche has to offer. The ability to show up without fear. The ambition to be an authority in your own way. The ability to lean into your authenticity without giving a fck. Being tied to a mission. Not a revenue figure but a purpose. An insatiable quench for betterment. That’s what we want for all of our coaches. That’s what we want for all of their clients. People deserve the very best of you… Which means you need to dedicate yourself to becoming the very best. That’s non-negotiable and the more you try and bend it, the more things will break. If you want to get ahead in business… That’s where you should start looking. by @jenrolwich
People always ask me, if I could tell him one thing what would it be? Simple. Thank you. Every part of me you destroyed I rebuilt. Every bruise you created I healed. Everything you told me was true about me I disproved. I became the woman I am today by fighting against everything you told me I was, and building everything I knew I deserved. Thank you for helping me to create a strength and build a life that no one can ever take from me. F*ck you, but thank you. by @jenrolwich
You’ve been told to work “smarter” and not harder, but wtf does that even mean? You know that you’re the bottleneck, and that more hard work has stopped working, but where do you go from here? Where do you start? How do you decide what comes first? Where do you take the risk vs play it safe? These are questions founders can rarely answer on their own, and when they do, are led by emotion and not data. This is why we do what we do. Assess the business as an entire entity, run the data through our bespoke diagnostic and focus on the work that is an actual priority for you. Sometimes, to get out of your own way, you need someone to show you another. When you’re ready, we’re here 🤝 by @jenrolwich
Me and Paul first moved in together in 2017 to a 2 bed flat that cost us £425 per month. The carpets were disgusting, everything broke constantly and the landlord was an arsehole. The dealers in the flat above us got raided regularly and it wasn’t out of the ordinary for us to see CID in the car park in the morning 🤣 We had nae money, terrible credit scores and debt up to our eyeballs. But we were together, so we were happy. We just accepted we’d never get a mortgage and have a place of our own. In 2022, we bought our first home 5 months before I left my job to run my business full time. We fought tooth and nail for that house. It’s where I built the business up, experienced a myriad of highs and lows and the place we brought Rosa home to. Today, we moved into our forever home and start our next chapter as a family. We could genuinely have only have dreamed of being here 9 years ago. Every penny that got us here, we earned. No gifted deposits, no handouts. Every part of it completely ours. I feel so proud of us. Two clowns that loved a night out and a wonga loan, I wish I could show them where we are now. by @jenrolwich
Comment “FOUNDER” for a full breakdown of our process. Trying to prevent an inevitable part of the change process is the thing that’s stopping you from actually scaling. Your fear of consequence means you’re selecting safe change and comfortable growth, and we all know that isn’t getting you anywhere. This is exactly why you need consultants in your corner, to help you walk through the hardest parts of the process you’ve always avoided and actually reap the rewards on the other side of scaling. For a full breakdown of exactly how we help people do this, comment “FOUNDER” below. by @jenrolwich
70+ years collectively of knowledge, experience and expertise in this one picture So many founders say they’d do anything to scale their business to the place they want it to be In reality, they’ll do everything but the thing most uncomfortable Being in the room to learn is one thing, doing something with that information is a whole different ball game Always a pleasure to be asked to share a chunk of what we know at @irvingspeakperformancegym alongside some truly incredible people and minds in this industry who share our passion for making sure quality coaching is the standard Thank you to everyone who came to listen, we hope you could take away just one thing you can use that will make a difference 🫡 by @jenrolwich
It’s a whole new challenge going from solo business owner to leading people. It’s not just that nobody teaches you how to do it effectively… It’s the fact that as a founder, you need to learn how to let go of control in areas of the business that are now actively holding you back from growing. It’s about knowing that hiring, doesn’t mean you’re eliminating yourself from the business but instead elevating yourself into a role where you get to choose where to spend your time. It’s about understanding people’s needs now above your own and having a shared vision to work towards collectively, while giving the team autonomy to bring their ideas and innovation to the table. It’s about building strong working relationships, not just friendships and knowing how to communicate effectively to different people on your team to get the best from them. It’s about being transparent with others about what you’re doing to drive the business forward with clear and defined progression along the way for how people want to elevate themselves as the company grows. The team culture is just as important as the culture you create within the community of clients you work with. Most people give terrible team development advice… - Hire a CSM and hand off all the tasks you don’t like - Pay them as little as you can but rinse them for all they’ve got - Pigeon hole them to the specifics of the role You’ll never develop a highly effective team if you don’t create an environment for people to grow and play to their strengths. That’s why with our coaches who have team, we’re making sure they don’t make mistakes that cost the business more in the long term just for some short term breathing room. Great to spend the day with the Badminton Strength team that’s grown to a team of 4 in just 3 years and explore how they can work collectively to ensure the business fulfils it’s vision in the coming years. by @jenrolwich

Which has since grown to £13,500 in his first six weeks. The majority of coaches and consultants in my opinion have way more leads to sell to than they believe that they do. They just don’t have a proven follow up process or system in place. So leads get lost, things get messy and then you end up costing yourself more on the front end to acquire more. Exactly the same situation for Matt. He was spending roughly £1,400/month on ads and only averaging 3-5 sign ups per month. There’s an old saying… “The fortune is in the follow up”. But most people never follow up. And I’m not talking about annoying people with follow ups who have never responded to you in the first place. I mean having a tactical and professional follow up process that psychologically meets the prospect where they’re at after a potential sale falling through. Big win for Matt who has really only implemented 1% of the stuff we need to implement to get this business to where he wants it to be. Want help achieving the same? DM me “GROW”. by @jenrolwich
Coaches & consultants doing £5k+ per month… are you stuck in the cycle of: → Unpredictable lead flow → No repeatable sales process → Living in your DM’s → Clients churning every month That’s exactly where Soraya was before joining Built For Coaches. She was making decisions to avoid failure instead of making decisions for growth and impact. Constantly refreshing her Instagram hoping leads would miraculously appear. Undercharging for the wrong clients. Wanted to focus on growth but lacked direction and clarity. She had no idea there was another option. She had no idea that we could transform their business and life by improving 4 simple areas. This is the highlight reel. When you improve 4 key areas like Soraya did, you’ll be able to: → Build predictable lead flow → Create a repeatable coaching process → 2-3x client retention → Scale with confidence → Build a data driven business not a reactive one DM me “GROW” and we’ll show you how. by @jenrolwich
You designed every process inside the business on the back of a fag packet and now you need to teach someone the inner workings of your mind. It takes time, money and energy you simply don’t have. Do it right from the beginning, build it based on how your team experience it, and let it become someone else’s to own 🫡 by @jenrolwich
