Hey you beautiful specimens.
4 years ago, i wasn't happy in my own skin, i didnt glow as much as i wanted need too for myself, doom scrolling on TikTok about the perfect this and the perfect that. That I lost touch with reality, the reality of things can only change if i let myself accept change. So, i hired a coach S/O @tommyxu_ which changed my life forever. I wouldnt have ever imagined that I would be halfway through my prep, to be on stage ti show myself that i went from this, to that. With what started with motivation, it became discipline, to an addiction, to a lifestyle. The Journey has just begun, and its only up from here. Thank you to all of you who stood by throughout this whole journey. We're 9 weeks out baby.
