After this weekend, I had some time to settle down and digest what happened. First off what to give a shoutout to @jeresphysique @jerebarbero for competing in his very first bodybuilding competition. I’m forever grateful for you trusting me with the prep and throughout your entire fitness journey. From my last stage win in 2022 to now coaching my very first bodybuilding prep—this journey has been surreal! 💪 Watching him push through months of strict dieting, endless cardio sessions, and every mental & physical challenges.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
The ups, the downs, the sacrifices—it all led to this moment. His FIRST competition, my FIRST time guiding someone to the stage. So proud of the discipline, trust, and heart he put into every single day. This is what the sport is all about! 🏆 ⁣⁣⁣
