join us on september 18th from 7-9pm for an evening of breath exploration, live music, and an immersive soundbath 💫 𖤓 ૐ 🧘🏻‍♀️ ✧˖° 🪬

our breath and sound workshop will be a journey of holotropic-style breathwork. this is an opportunity to dive into the deep subconscious layers of the psyche. through a guided breathing technique, participants may access expanded and altered states of consciousness where stored emotion, tension, and mental activity can move and integrate. live music is created in real time by to support the journey, followed by a sound bath experience curated by @katelllis and @jerrywilliamusic :)

Over the past four months, playing music for breathwork @riffsyogastudios has been one of the most meaningful musical experiences I’ve ever had.

To sit on that sacred deck, feel the energy shift, and use sound to help people go inward has been a huge honor. I’m deeply grateful to @jerrywilliamusic for trusting me with this space and for inviting me to carry it forward. And to Yogi @katelllis for the education and encouragement.

As I step into the role of lead musician, I’m excited to continue exploring what happens when breath, music, and presence come together.

Sometimes music isn’t about performing.

Sometimes it’s about creating a space where something deeper can happen. Also, @devin.ruy has become a regular. His openness and assistance has been so amazing. And I’m honored to have a son I can share life with. Thank you Devin. Excited to officially announce my new band, Kamana — an ambient and world music trio featuring Jay Sen on tabla, Michael Ruy on bass, and Jerry William on handpan. Our focus is to create a musical playground where improvisation and creativity can flourish. The exercise is simple: listen to each other, and let the moment guide our instruments.
