Dance fam! It’s that time again 💥 Ecstatic Dance Trilogy is back THIS SATURDAY October 24th featuring @gabrielfranciscoproductions! This is our first time receiving the magical gifts of an Ecstatic Dance aficionado who is both dancer and DJ, guiding us through a cohesive ritual of movement and music that liberates the body. When we heard about the transformational impact of Gabriel’s DANCE IS LIFE retreats in Hawaii, we knew we had to bring his work to our community. He’s not only an inspiring dancer; he brings a unique methodology that integrates the primal aspects of freeform movement into everyday life. Transforming from Dancer to DJ, Gabriel has found an evolution moving from the floor to the decks. Knowing what dancers want gives him a special insight to craft an Ecstatic Dance musical journey that inspires authentic expression and wild freedom. Following Gabriel’s warm-up class and Ecstatic Dance Journey, we will close the evening with a grounding sound bath by the one and only @jerrywilliamusic. His live handpan and guitar will cocoon you in a sweet lullaby transporting you to a cosmic realm of peace and bliss ✨ Last but not least, nourish yourself with our curated healing lounge including @angel_bodywork @mikhael44 @weiofhonor @heartmagiccacao and sacred accessories curated by @theoraclestyle 👑 No matter what you’re going through in life, Ecstatic Dance Trilogy is the place you can depend on every month for authentic connection, expression, and alchemy. We can’t wait to share this special evening of art, music, dance and community with you 🔥 The journey begins at 7pm this Saturday. Tickets at @trilogysanctuary (link in bio @kirsteninc) ♥️

Dive into S O U N D B O D Y on October 25th, an exploration of body cymatics through movement, sound, and technology, facilitated by Milana Aernova and live sound by Jerry William. S O U N D B O D Y is an embodied movement exploration investigating the relationship between the body, sound, space, and sensation. Together, we will experiment with how sound moves us and how our bodies respond to vibration, rhythm, space, and one another through the lens of cymatics in the body. Through guided improvisational scores, listening practices, and visualizations, we will tune into the body as a living, sensing ecosystem; first as matter, then as a collection of moving particles, and ultimately as an expression of energy experiencing itself through sensation, in a dance between space, sound, and time. No prior dance experience is necessary; this is an invitation to explore through sensation, curiosity, and your own unique way of moving. Sunday, October 25 11am - 1pm 1100 Kettner Blvd. San Diego, CA 🔗 RSVP early at the link in bio to save your spot! 🎨 TouchDesigner visuals by @milana_aernova 🪩💃🪩💃 🪩💃 🪩💃 🪩💃 🪩💃 Image Description: DISCO RIOT’s POP IN / POP OUT event flyer on a colorful moving background featuring sandy swirls of color. 44 Souls. 4 Days. 1 Journey Back to the Heart. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of facilitators. They truly are some of the best teachers in San Diego, and I’m grateful for everything they brought to this training. So much love to the event team working on-site and off-site. A four-day training has an incredible amount happening behind the scenes, and they were there for all of it, paying attention to details most people never see. Thank you, Trilogy Sanctuary, for giving this work a home and holding such a powerful healing container in the heart of La Jolla. The space, the people, and the range of beautiful meditation techniques created an experience that was both grounding and expansive. I especially appreciated the permission to drop deeper into my being while feeling held in such a comforting, sacred container. I couldn’t recommend this training more.” -Kayla Join the 2027 Meditation Training + Activations Early Access List: www.trilogysanctuary.com/meditation-training-san-diego #SanDiegoMeditation #MeditationTraining #SanDiegoYoga #YogaCommunitySD #SanDiegoWellness

🌜Join Us for a Powerful New Moon Kundalini Practice this September 10th.🌛 The new moon is often spoken about as a time for setting intentions. This might be exactly what you need to open space for the new cycle. We’ll work with Kundalini Yoga as a way to notice what the body has been holding and move through it. Breath, repetition, and movement have a way of quieting the inner noise and expanding our consciousness. 🎵 Live music woven throughout the experience by @kamana_band Let’s harness this New Moon energy to magnetize what we want and go deep within. Reserve your spot below at the link in bio 🙏🏽 #Newmoon #kundaliniyoga #atmadharmacollective #yogasandiego #liveexperience

Over the past four months, playing music for breathwork @riffsyogastudios has been one of the most meaningful musical experiences I’ve ever had. To sit on that sacred deck, feel the energy shift, and use sound to help people go inward has been a huge honor. I’m deeply grateful to @jerrywilliamusic for trusting me with this space and for inviting me to carry it forward. And to Yogi @katelllis for the education and encouragement. As I step into the role of lead musician, I’m excited to continue exploring what happens when breath, music, and presence come together. Sometimes music isn’t about performing. Sometimes it’s about creating a space where something deeper can happen. Also, @devin.ruy has become a regular. His openness and assistance has been so amazing. And I’m honored to have a son I can share life with. Thank you Devin. Thank you Riffs Staff @mlsasantos @airtheflowgi @lillieeroberts @fairsflow @ready_for_rats @instageiger 🌀 special thanks @sueskybluesky
