One for the nerds! 🤓 @jacksongoldstone tweaked his wrist in a crash the day before qualifying at @redbullbike Hardline Tasmania. He came to me with pain at a certain wrist extension position that wasn’t as easy to replicate off the bike. So we looked at the ranges of motion he needed on his bike to find how much ROM he needed to do the crazy stuff he does (side note have y’all seen how much forward bar roll his bike has?!). After some soft tissue release, I then taped his wrist in a way to prevent pain completely but not restrict his freedom of movement on the bike ✅ ✊ a small example of how digging a little deeper got a result! Of course rain thwarted him putting it to use so you bet he’s going to be on the hunt at the next World Cup 😈 #mtbphysio by @jervis.mtb.physio

What an amazing day! Planning for this event started months ago and was going well until severe weather and a total fire ban ruled the national park closed on the 5th Sept. Big thanks to the sponsors and everyone involved being able to reschedule to the 12th Sept! We had perfect conditions, an amazing turnout with over 115 riders and even more arrived later for burritos and beers courtesy of Beach Burrito 🌯 Mountain Culture 🍻 and Wingman wheels!
