Still processing…

My first marathon, was a world fuckin major and definitely one of the most challenging things I’ve ever done — physically and mentally.

I’m not going to lie, there were plenty of times throughout the build-up where I thought I’d bitten off way more than I could chew. But standing at that start line made every setback, every rehab session and every long run worth it.

And crossing that finish line… that feeling is something I don’t think I’ll ever forget.

A huge thank you to @jervis.mtb.physio putting up with me through all the injuries, questions and rehab. I genuinely couldn’t have got to that start line without you😅 for anyone on the northern beaches wanting a physio, he’s ya guy🙂‍↕️

I’ve always been someone who wants to see what I can do, and how much I can actually push my body, but this has definitely left me wondering…

How far can I actually push myself? 👀

🇦🇺 Amazing couple of weeks at Redbull Hardline! Massive respect to everyone racing it.

A real pleasure to work with two of the best female athletes in the world @fergyferg__ @millejohnset

Met some fantastic people, made some new friends, and had such a great time being part of the event.

A HUGE Plasticise milestone! 🎉

We’re celebrating our very first therapist to reach 100 clients on Plasticise! Jervis is a musculoskeletal physio who’s absolutely changing the game. 🏆

By streamlining his admin and using Plasticise to collaborate more closely with each client, he’s unlocked more time to do what actually moves the needle: coaching, problem-solving, motivating, and getting people back to doing what they love.

That’s 100 people now supported with clearer programs, better buy-in, and stronger outcomes.

Here’s to the clients Jervis is empowering, the progress he’s accelerating, and the ripple effect this milestone creates for every future client.

Let’s see how fast you can get to 200 clients @mtb.physio !
