The Chouara Tannery is the oldest + largest active medieval leather tannery in the world 😱

Rooftop bar city views 🍹

Bright colours of the fresh market food daily 🤤

The smell of this place is indescribable. They give you mint leaves to sniff so you can have some relief!

Cooking class at Anata Riad.
Saw the chicken die in the markets as we walked the streets to purchase all the fresh produce, while being educated us on the Moroccan spices.

MENU :
Made a chicken tagine with a beetroot and potato soup.
Tomato and eggplant salad along with a carrot (coriander, garlic, lemon) salad.
Dessert was condensed milk orange jelly and pomegranate on top.

Surf Boats - A sport that can be so very cruel, yet brings me so much joy. However, here is the post we have all been waiting for .. It only took 20 years, but FINALLY we saved our best race for last, we didn’t have the ‘right’ alley but we made it work 🏆🥇🔴
On Sunday March 29th the Collaroy Giants rowed every little ripple possible at Tugan Beach and became the National Champions of Australia 🏆🥇🔴 We already got the AUS green Blazer, now competed the set with the Collaroy Black Blazer - Makes this the most successful season we could have ever asked for - Throw in being the SNB Rays team too 🙌🏽
Thanks to so many people through the years that rode these waves with me/us & put up with my persistence to keep going and questioned why I do this sport but stuck by me 😜

Forever Australia’s #529.
It’s always been a goal & a dream to represent Australia in surf boats - The Collaroy Giants did just that!
We claimed our green blazer in all possible surf conditions back in Dec 2025, and then went on to win the Trans Tasman in Feb 2026 with some of the best there is out on the water.
It was absolute pleasure to share this experience with the Currumbin Barbarians and development crews South Curly Burley & Palm Beach Pinas, but most of all the open women Collaroy Giants.
Some very fond memories we will never forget & I have never laughed so much in 4 days 💛💚🦘🇦🇺

Cala Gonone, Sardinia 🇮🇹
The final stop on the Mediterranean - A seaside village surrounded by rugged cliffs, caves everywhere, turquoise to deep blue water, day trips on boats and coastline day hikes! 📍Baja Sardinia - A hidden corner of paradise on the edge of the Costa Smeralda coastline, where giant granite boulders roll into the crystal clear waters.
To get here, you quickly learn how to drive on the ‘wrong’ side of the road .. and how to shift a stick with your right hand! Khob Khun Ka 🇹🇭THAILAND 🏋🏽‍♀️ ⚫️❤️⚪️ 🥊
645am every morning we do a @chocolateboxtraining STRONG + SWEAT session into .. boat days, snorkelling with schools of fish, helping elephants, Pam’s massages, endless market adventures, Muay Thai sessions, boat races to the pool bar for cocktails, sunset beach dinners with fire shows, cannabis shops and endless laughter all day. Then to do it all again the next day 😍 .. I didn’t want it to end!
Plus 3wks with the squeezable little legends Scouty & Bear 🐻
