Conscious Growth Convergence you did it again! What a magical portal. It's like glimpsing into what life should/could be like. And it really could. And it really should. We can follow the flow, we can trust each other. We can live with the earth. We can gather around the fire and sing and dance.

I know this world is fucked up out here. There are ICE raids, there are fentynal overdoses, there is war. We are STILL witnessing a genocide. We are witnessing a full attack on mother earth. I know I know I know it's hard to find hope. Being around people who understand the insanity of this world helps a lot.

I dont have all the answers, obviously. But we can do small things. We can tune into our bodies. We can be in nature(we are nature). We can dance. We can sing. We can pray. We can meditate. We can show up for our neighbors(we can at least learn our neighbors names). We can stop numbing and distracting ourselves all the time. We can listen.

We are resilient beings. I love you♡♡♡

Had such a good visit with Carter and Stephanie (and Sarah and Chase)! Chazac and Laura's wedding was so beautiful. I'm really lucky to have a brother that I not only love, but get along with and like so much. Glad you got to see a little slice of the PNW @coffeeland88

I did a thing! Last week I painted the bathroom at @shantiom_pdx ♡♡♡
We've talked about it for a while but the timing was finally right, and it felt perfect to freshen things up now that ownership is back in the hands of @bhaktifoster (the original owner of Shanti Om).

I loved doing it and it reminded me of so many lessons I've learned while painting walls: 1)patience! 2)enjoy the whole process: don't think of some parts as parts to "get over with" and others as "the fun part" 3)trust your vision and your eye 4)let it take as long as it takes. Time is made up just do the thing

This wall was inspired by peace (Shanti) and tranquility. But also a sense of play and whimsy 🤸‍♀️

Now part of my yoga practice will be letting go of my perfectionist urge to keep editing this wall for the rest of time 🤣😂

On February 11 we had to put our girl Zola down. I haven't posted yet because it wasn't time yet. She was the first dog I ever had and I couldn't have been luckier to know her. She was the sweetest, silliest girl and it was nearly impossible to pick 20 pictures of her life. She loved hard and was loved by everyone who met her. She loved digging in sand, she loved running in the snow, she loved gatekeeping the cats 🤣, and she LOVED snuggling. She marks a whole era of my life and of my relationship with @bradyjared and of our time with Bella and Roscoe (and a little time with Murphy😻).
I don't really have the right poetic words to say, all I can say is I'm incredibly grateful to have had sweet Zoli bear in my life. It was so much richer because of her. I'm glad Jared and Kira and I were all with her in her final moments. I love her and miss her so so so much. Thank you Zola, RIP 🙏❤️😭 by @jessbryn
