The moment there is a crisp in the air and football on the tv we are making these Buffalo loaded fries🧑‍🍳🏈🍟

🔥Buffalo Sauce:
1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot
6 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder

😮‍💨Homemade Tangy Ranch
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup buttermilk
Splash of fresh lemon juice
1 tsp white vinegar
1 small garlic clove, finely grated
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Black pepper, to taste

🍟For the Fries
1 package Jesse & Ben’s Crinkle cut Fries
Rotisserie chicken breast, shredded
1/4 cup prepared buffalo sauce
Blue cheese, crumbled
Celery, finely chopped

🧑‍🍳Instructions:

Make the ranch: Whisk all ranch ingredients together until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Make the buffalo sauce: Heat all buffalo sauce ingredients over medium-low until melted and smooth.
Prepare the chicken: Toss shredded chicken with 1/4 cup buffalo sauce.

Cook the fries: Prepare Jesse & Ben’s Crinkle cut Fries according to package directions.

Assemble: Drizzle ranch and buffalo sauce onto a platter. Add fries, buffalo chicken, blue cheese, and celery. Finish with more buffalo sauce and ranch.
