Where my nosey people at?! 🥸😁 I’m always so curious what other people are eating. Weird? Probably, but I know I’m not alone 😉 I get our fruit, veggies, and eggs at the farmers market, so this is mostly snacks and pantry goods. We try to prioritize clean + minimal ingredient foods, but…balance 😎. #grocery #groceryhaul #cleansnacks

If you’ve been here for a while your’re probably like girl, didn’t you own a vegan sushi spot? Yes, but also life be life’n and after my second baby I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and of course the Dr. wanted to put me on meds. I opted out and fully reversed it completely with DIET! I took out everything inflammatory and focused on clean, whole, gut friendly foods. Sometimes you just gotta listen to your body! Anyway, here’s my favorite week night burger bowl recipe 😊. 🍔not-so-vegan BURGER BOWL 🍟 For the burger: • 1 frozen beef burger patty • Olive oil • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce • Salt & pepper, to taste • Garlic powder • Paprika For the bowl: • Butter lettuce, roughly chopped • Cherry tomatoes, finely chopped • 1 white onion, grilled • Frozen fries • Olive oil • Salt For the secret sauce: • 3 tbsp mayonnaise • 2 tbsp ketchup • A pinch of sugar • 1 tsp red onion • Salt & pepper, to taste • Garlic powder • Paprika • A splash of apple cider vinegar DIRECTIONS 1. Make the grilled onions 🧅 Slice one whole white onion and add it to a pan with olive oil and a little salt. Cook over low to medium heat until soft and caramelized. 2. Cook the beef 🍔 Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add your frozen burger patty and cook for about a minute before flipping. Break it apart into smaller pieces and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Continue cooking until cooked to your liking. 3. Make the fries 🍟 Bake your frozen fries according to the package. 4. Mix the secret sauce 🤌🏼 In a small bowl, combine the mayo, ketchup, a pinch of sugar, red onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (about ½ tsp of each seasoning, adjusting to taste), and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Mix until smooth. 5. Assemble your bowl 🥗 Add a bed of chopped butter lettuce, cherry tomatoes, crispy fries, and your cooked beef. Top beef with grilled onions, then drizzle with the secret sauce! Save this one for an easy dinner!
