Long season finally over. In a way this was the best season of my life: I won both of my major events indoors and outdoors, I ran an equal PB and I got to go to Euros. Definitely not how I wanted this season to end, with a DNF in the relay, but that is just how this sport goes.

A lot has happened over this year though; I came and left Loughborough, and in turn a left lot of good people and experiences there, I pulled my hamstring twice in off season and I’ve been at some of the lowest points on a mental level ever this year, but I had support from my coaches, family and friends along the way and I’m forever grateful.

I want to really thank @lboroathletics especially for the support, coaching and rehab there. Huge thanks to @peakpoweruk @ratoathathleticclub @doherty5148 and @joe100mcoach

All there is left is enjoy my few weeks off and idk, go to Portugal? taken in Tampere, Finland by @jesseosass

he can’t , she can’t but they know I can

had a very stressful indoor season, had a lot to deal with on a personal level and relating to track, so I’m incredibly grateful for how my season went.

Huge thanks to everyone in Loughborough and Ratoath, @joe100mcoach , @doherty5148 @peakpoweruk @lboroathletics and @ratoathathleticclub

EYOF 2022 was a movie.

I'm more than happy with the outcome of the last week, having gotten into the finals on 2 separate occasions.

Spending the week as part of Team Ireland does not feel real. It's just unexplainable, but by far this was one of the best experiences of my life. The team, the gear, everything feels perfect and I'm so happy to have shared the experience with the people I did.

Apart from DNA, 2022's TrackSZN is a wrap and see you all next year 😁 #findmeforte taken in EYOF Banská Bystrica 2022 by @jesseosass
