POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

What started as a casual chat over a year ago turned into something pretty special.

After initially trying to facilitate things myself, @mckee400 Paul McKee from Athletics Ireland took control and really drove the idea forward, turning that early conversation into a fantastic two-day event that brought together over 120 coaches to learn, share ideas and develop their knowledge.

Over the two days, @coach_air_ covered a huge amount, with a focus on the development of both developmental and high-performance athletes, including:

🟢 Periodisation and programme design — track & gym
🟢 Technical development — acceleration & max velocity
🟢 Athlete management and long-term development
🟢 Strength and power development

The combination of presentations, track demonstrations and practical gym sessions showed how all these elements can be integrated and adapted depending on the age, stage and performance level of the athlete.

It was also a pretty special couple of days for our two athletes @molly.daly1 and @katexmaher , along with @jesseosass , who came up to “demo a few drills” and ended up being rigorously drilled by General Marco for nearly three hours 😂. My apologies — and a massive thank you to the three of you for being such great sports!

A huge thank you to Marco, Paul McKee, Athletics Ireland, all the athletes involved and, of course, the 120+ coaches who came along and made the weekend what it was.

Sometimes the best things really do start with a casual conversation. 👏

Some connect tools, we’re connecting coaching.

Testing. VBT. Monitoring. Training.

Bringing performance data together to give coaches a clearer picture of every athlete, every session and every team.

That’s Output.

We asked three athletes: why Output Sports? 🎯

@jesseosass, @emilylouiselanee and Yeo Veronic share how Output helps them train with more intent, track progress and stay accountable.

At the highest level, the best athletes do not just train hard, they train with purpose.

The other day I bought shoes off a drug dealer.

Not sure what he laced them with but I've been trippin all day.
