POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

4th year being named on @njbiz Law Power list. Only 1.8% of attorneys in the U.S. are Latina & even fewer in the 🍃 and drug policy space.

Eldest immigrant daughter. First of my family to graduate from a university, first to graduate law school, first to co-found a law firm and first to own businesses in the U.S.

I had to be creative, resourceful, resilient and god knows, overcome a ton of wild obstacles (one day I’ll tell all the stories). In the end, I always wanted my work to speak for itself and have a career I could be proud of.

9th year practicing law and I get to do it while protecting and defending a plant I love. 🌱

Big shoutout to my firm @rudicklawgroup for always supporting my ventures and of course to all the amazing clients who continue to trust me with their dreams. Thank you for helping me achieve mine.

Grateful to be building with beautiful people. So much more to come.

🤍 ORGULLO LATINO. 🇪🇨

Methodology: The Power and In the Lead lists are compiled by the NJBIZ editorial staff based on our reporting throughout the past year with input from experts in a variety of fields and recommendations from our readers. The staff looks for people who have gained public attention – and perhaps acclaim – for their professional accomplishments and public service. The lists identifies individuals who, through their efforts, are helping to make New Jersey a better place to live, work and do business. taken in Jersey City, New Jersey by @jessfgonzalez

10 years! 🤍

2 days ago we celebrated our newest venture — opening a physical therapy & personal training clinic in the city we grew up in with the best friends and family. @vodicpt

3 years ago on Friday the 13th we officially married in Jersey city with just our parents, my sister and my bestfriend.

10 years ago the universe brought us back together! We celebrated 10 years of being silly geese together on a two week trip to Ireland and Scotland. 🇮🇪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I share with you all 2 weeks of music, bright green grass, tour buses, hilarious Irish people, multiple hotels, meat pies, haggis, Irish breakfast, beer, sore feet, castles, caves, comedy shows, cows, crows and so many sheep!

It’s been 10 years of many adventures & as we embark on this new one, I am so grateful I get to do it with you. I am so proud of you my love @ilijabubalodpt thank you for always taking care of me, uplifting me, rolling me j’s and always being down for my wild side quests.

Let’s keep adventuring, creating and living life on our terms. Let’s keep it 7/7. 🤍 taken in The World by @jessfgonzalez

NECANN NJ Day 1 with @latinocannalliance was such a vibe! The passion and interest in mobilizing the Latino canna community was LOUD! Our table was bumpin all day and the sheer volume of Latino canna leaders in the room was unbelievable. Yes we have so much work to do, but it’s clear that we have a massive movement ready to help lift our community to all new levels.

If you are just getting into town or missed us yesterday, come by our booth(#611) for our cafe con communidad today 10am-11:30am to find your place in this growing and focused canna family. by @jessfgonzalez

More than 70 million stories, a plethora of cultures, stories, traditions and lived experiences.

We do this daily BUT it is Hispanic & Latino Heritage Month, so we will celebrate the diversity of our communities and the influence we continue to have across culture, business, advocacy, policy and cannabis EVEN louder.

Our cnnbis story is complex. Our communities have helped shape the culture while also experiencing the consequences of criminalization. As the industry evolves and expands, Latino communities deserve and are actively working to shape what comes next.

On behalf of the Latino Cnnbis Alliance, ¡Feliz Mes de la Herencia Hispana y Latina! 🌎

This was said about us as we were minding our own business walking the streets of NYC doing what we are legally allowed to do.

For context, it was said in an incredibly derogatory manner (with a few other words) and if you were raised in a Latino household, you know exactly what tone I’m talking about.

Anyways, I did what any unbothered mariju@nera would do: turned around, made eye contact with them & exhaled my herb. Stigma still alive & real which means the work is still alive and real.

One exhale at a time 🙂‍↔️🌱 taken in New York, New York by @jessfgonzalez
