EASTER IN ALEXANDRIA, written by yours truly, directed by Annie Taft, starring @jessicaabrams @ktpreston @martin_balaguer @akilitheartist opens at @artscenterlive November 20 with a preview November 19. Get your tix now! Link in bio!

@ktpreston is here for 2 months to play Marlene in my play EASTER IN ALEXANDRIA which premieres November 19 at ArtsCenter in Carrboro. We have been thrown together as roommates and so far there are no bodies buried in the backyard! In fact, it's been a pure delight having her here, working on our lines, talking about our characters and last but not least having early fall picnics with @cohenerwin !

It's really happening! We've had a few name changes, but the play is the same. I'm so excited about this cast and to bring this play to you!

🎭 Our opening weekend of “The First To Know” played to FULL HOUSES both nights, and we received the most beautiful review from Cyndi Whisnant at Triangle Review!

✨ Co-producing this show with @jessicaabrams and watching audiences connect with this story has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my creative life.

If you haven’t seen it yet, we have two more performances: March 6-7 at The ArtsCenter and I would absolutely love to see you there!

Thank you to everyone who has supported this production. Your presence means everything. ❤️

Not to date myself, but when I was a kid, I listened to Elton John and Minnie Ripperton on #wchl , and here I am [insert number of years here] later, promoting my play, THE FIRST TO KNOW, on the station! Director Annie Taft, @nicoleburgessofficial and I had the best time talking about it on Aaron's show this morning.

The play opens Friday, February 27th and runs that Saturday night and the following Friday and Saturday, March 6 & 7. Ticket link in bio and also on the ArtsCenter site.

See you there!
