No injury is keeping coach @jessieedington away for too long 😏 - after a long road of healing her ankle/heel we finally have a vital part of our team back!!! If you aren’t booked for Wednesday’s workout yet book with Coach Jessie @ 5:30 p.m to welcome her back to the MAD gym floor. 🖤

All those farmer’s carries, push-ups, stability, core work… really do come in handy. 🤗

Didn’t think I’d be testing it on crutches, but here we are going on month 4.

In all seriousness — this is why I train at @madasheville @madabolic. It actually shows up in real life.

Always & forever a vintage BMW girlie 🙋🏻‍♀️

If you know me, this won’t surprise you - I love BMWs, especially vintage ones.

It started with my first car, a gold E30 that I definitely didn’t appreciate at first until the boys at school saw it… teenage girl 🙄

The Vintage - a vintage BMW gathering - has become one of my favorite weekends of the year here in Western North Carolina.

It happens to be this weekend (a little earlier than usual this year) and I’ve decided to sit this one out with my lack of mobility.

So I wrote about it instead - how it all started and why I love it so much.

Here are some of my favorite moments from past years 🤗

Substack linked in bio - a little story time 🤍💙
