Spent another day celebrating each other’s wins on the gym floor.

Yesterday’s “death by lunges” (@jesseholla // @janedoesgym_ ) was a doozy and everyone who took it on kicked its ass. 👊🏼

If you’re looking for a new gym that members are welcoming and just over all badass, come try MADabolic out. 14 days for $14.

Mark your calendars! October 3rd @optimizeuasheville will be at MAD AVL talking about how to perfect your recovery. We work hard every workout so why don’t we recover just as hard?

Jason will be in the lobby to answer questions before and after the Saturday classes! Take advantage of this opportunity to pick his brain and educate yourself more on recovery.

No injury is keeping coach @jessieedington away for too long 😏 - after a long road of healing her ankle/heel we finally have a vital part of our team back!!! If you aren’t booked for Wednesday’s workout yet book with Coach Jessie @ 5:30 p.m to welcome her back to the MAD gym floor. 🖤

1% stronger everyday.

“Community > Competition” is what MAD Asheville stands behind. Coming into the gym for class isn’t about beating the person next to you but about beating the last version of you that showed up to MAD. Come and join a gym that lifts you up.

Try 14 days for just $14.

No shortcuts. No distractions. Just reps that compound over time.

Strength isn’t built in one workout, it’s built by showing up consistently. 💪

50 mins. 4x a week. Strong AF.

I wish I had filmed a little more from yesterday but we had a blast hanging with friends for my birthday. Lake side swimming then a dj set by our friend. 2026 is the year of healthy friendships.
