@soulcycle see you on the schedule live at noon 🙃

Jumping up and down, so excited to announce I’m officially joining the SoulCycle instructing team & teaching in Philly!

Cannot thank the training and development team & group 40 teammates for the most incredible last few months of training. The level of education, dedication and time is truly unmatched and I couldn’t be more proud to have been led by the best in the fitness industry!

The biggest thank you to every instructor, studio crew and everyone within SoulCycle community. Everyone has been so warm, welcome and supportive!

SoulCycle was what ignited my passion for fitness & why I started teaching. It’s such a full circle moment to now be taking the podium 🥹🫶

Did a big thing…

June marked the sad end of a fruitful and successful career in pharma, but the mark of an exciting new journey! A few years and milestones to reach for ahead, but the goal is to come out the other side of the University of Pennsylvania with my masters and doctorate as a nurse practitioner!

The more I learn, the more excited I get to share the education, knowledge, and find opportunities for each and every person have the best, most healthy life they can! taken in University of Pennsylvania by @jessshessse

That proud **hell yeah** look when you grab heavier dumbbells .

I’m above and beyond passionate about helping people discover their next level and build towards it both physically and mentally. Don’t know how I’ve gotten so lucky to have stumbled upon @unitefitness and @cyclebar_pm where I’ve seen the most incredible badass people push themselves and grow! .

To my Uniter’s and CycleBar Rider’s thank you for trusting the process and for constantly showing up and putting in hard work. You are my constant inspiration 💓 taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by @jessshessse
