This is what it looks like when you have 1,000 books shipped to your apartment and can’t afford warehousing yet! 😆 I definitely got my workout in today 😂 All jokes aside, though, I’m so excited to have the 2nd print run of “Would You Like a Hug?” ready for the Apple Harvest Festival this weekend! 🍎 I remember receiving the first print run in 2020 and wondering if I would ever sell that many copies or if I had made a really bad financial decision, so I’m incredibly thankful to be doing this again and with a 2nd book release in the same month 💕 Thank you SO much to everyone who ordered a book, stopped by my booth at a craft fair, or offered guidance and encouragement along the way. “Would You Like a Hug?” is available at www.jessicaweibleybooks.com This book is beautifully illustrated by @alexandrasillos 💕

Printing and shipping books can be unpredictable, so I decided to pivot when I found out that my orders of my new book and my old book would arrive after my latest vendor event. I spent all day last Saturday and this week building a homemade sensory slime and play-dough bar, where kids can pick different colors, mix-ins, and glitter to create their own slime or play-dough cups! I had so much fun and loved all of the different creations! No play-dough or slime cup was the same, and everyone was so creative in their combination choices 😊 Can’t wait to bring this along to future events! #childrensbooks #slimebarinpennsylvania by @jessweibleyauthor

Beetles & Slime is on its way! The print company sent some pictures as the books started their journey. I’m expecting a limited number of copies to arrive via air shipment in September followed by a sea shipment of the full print order in late September or early/mid October. I’m also expecting a sea shipment of “Would You Like a Hug?” in September. I will ship books out to anyone who pre-ordered as soon as I receive them 😊
