I’m still a little unsure when it comes to the cover.
But drawing this one felt easy and so natural 😌
Thank you to @martinpublishingstudio for guiding the whole process, and to @jessweibleyauthor for the helpful insights.
I'm so excited about this book ♥️

I am soooo excited to share with you all this book 🌱💚
The whole creation process was one great joy. I truly enjoyed working on this book and really, really loved every moment of it. I’m even a little sad that it’s already finished and no longer needs my hands🥹. But at the same time, I’m very excited to finally see it in person — with that fresh print smell🙃

Thank you, @jessweibleyauthor , for choosing me for your lovely story. I’d also like to thank @martinpublishingstudio , who worked on the graphic design for this book.
Thank you, girls! Hopefully, another project will bring us together again someday, because it was a joy to work with you both 💚

Recently I haven’t been very active here. Not because I wasn’t drawing—quite the opposite, I was drawing a lot. But somehow I didn’t have the mood or the capacity to deal with social media. There was a lot of work, little time, and on top of everything I also had an injury 🫣

But hopefully things will only get better now and I’ll be posting here more often about what I’m currently working on🙂

These are illustrations from a new book. I’m so glad to be working on this beautiful book. Thank you, @jessweibleyauthor , for your trust and for giving me creative freedom 🤗♥️

Official book launch day! I got to ship the first orders of books yesterday and today, and my floor is covered in boxes of hardcover copies that arrived yesterday. My “office” is the floor of my bedroom, but I am so thankful for this crazy mess and new adventure! Books available at www.jessicaweibleybooks.com ❤️ Thank you to everyone who has ordered so far!
