running and yoga are my two favorite movement practices — powerful alone, but combine them and it’s like a hard reset for the nervous system 🪄

join us next time! whether you’re a marathoner or dipping your toe into running for the first time, all paces and levels welcome 🏃🏻‍♀️

🗓️ every sunday in november, 5K run at 1pm with 45m grounding yoga class to follow

chin stand AKA ganda bherundasana has got to be one of my favorite ways to get upside down 🙃🤸🏻‍♀️

i’ve been inviting a sense of play and curiosity back into my practice — moving away from prescriptive sequences and letting the body show me where it wants to go. the result is more freedom in the mind and more spaciousness in the body 💫

inspired by @emmaglennbaker juicy heart-opening class last week ❤️‍🔥 by @jessyogabk

what a week moving and being moved in the breathtaking mountains of guatemala 🇬🇹🌋🧘🏻‍♀️❤️‍🔥🤲🏼🤸🏻‍♀️

this practice has a way of holding up a mirror and allowing you to truly see yourself. i experienced so much joy, ease, gratitude, and devotion on this trip and i’m reminded that those qualities already exist in infinite amounts within me — all i have to do is slow down enough to witness them. “we search the highest mountains for that which is right under our noses. where can you go when everywhere is right here?”

muchas gracias to the cactus club @kimihajian @shawnakru @brandonberg_ @marlasyoga @benkalra for such a magical week at yoga summer school, and to all of the beautiful yogis i got to sweat, handstand practice, chant, laugh, and cry with. we are so lucky to have found one another on our respective paths up the mountain 🌟🌵⛺️ by @jessyogabk

fall back into your yoga practice 🤎🍂💫

these 60-minute, non-heated classes offer energizing asana plus nourishing breathwork to strengthen the body while stilling the mind. my hope is that you’ll leave with a bit more lightness and ease versus when you arrived. hope to see you on the mat very soon 💫 by @jessyogabk
