✨ SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL IS COMING… ✨

Introducing The Strong Woman’s Weekender. a completely new two-day experience created to celebrate the launch of The Strong Woman Program and International Women’s Day 2027.

📍 The Galleries, High Bridge Works, Newcastle
📅 6–7 March 2027

This isn’t a conference. It isn’t a bootcamp. It’s a full weekend of movement, nourishment, creativity, honest conversations and genuine connection built around the three pillars of The Strong Woman Program:

✨ PRIORITISE MOVEMENT
✨ PRIORITISE NUTRITION
✨ PRIORITISE YOU

Expect signature barre classes , mat Pilates, life drawing, confident communication, a Writer’s Salon and Book Club, inspirational special guests including, @ljross_author , @jetloves @thenortheastlifeartproject @theactorsforge , beautiful food and a room filled with strong women.

For me, movement has never simply been about fitness. Dance carried me through some of the hardest and most traumatic parts of my childhood and even as an adult I still find myself dancing through life. It gave me somewhere to put the things I couldn’t explain and became, quite literally, my therapy.

That is ultimately why I became so passionate about creating a program for women, one that recognises strength as something far greater than how we look or what our bodies can do.

This weekend is about reconnecting with yourself, finding your voice and remembering that you deserve to be placed on your own priority list.

🎟️ Early Bird tickets will be available from 21 September.

Your strength is worth a weekend.

Such an incredible time @ftloretro yesterday. So many amazing people there from shows and films like Breaking Bad, Only Fools and Horses, Die Hard, Gremlins, Beverly Hills 90210, Star Wars , Lost and loads more.✨

Always so much fun catching up with some of the ’90s Gladiators too, especially seeing Cobra and Shadow meet for the first time in 33 years. Quite a beautiful moment and definitely one I won’t forget.🥹

I even got to have a little go at some wrestling, thanks to the guys who were organising that, and somehow I left in one piece 😅🏹

Happy memories, happy moments. Have an amazing week ❤️ by @jetloves

What an incredible journey visiting the Gladiators Experience at the NEC Birmingham. 🫶

Honestly felt like stepping straight onto the set of Gladiators. Such an amazing opportunity for members of the public to have a go at the iconic games themselves and go head-to-head on the Eliminator. 🏃🏽‍♂️

The whole experience is brilliantly set up and really well organised, with different sections for adults and children, loads of opportunities to play the games, dress as contenders, and fully immerse yourself in the Gladiators world. ⚔️

And then heading into the vault… wow. That really felt like going back into the 90s and seeing where it all began here in the UK. So much nostalgia. 🕰️

Huge thank you to the team for inviting us down we had an amazing time. ✨

If you’re a Gladiators fan, definitely go check it out 🏹 ✈️

When the 90s and 2025 collide 🤯
Iconic Gladiator Jet (@jetloves) backstage at the @GladiatorsLiveTour, surrounded by the current era of arena icons.

Among the moments captured is Jet’s reunion with Andrew Norgate - part of the original 90s production team and Assistant Referee and now Tour Consultant on the 2025 Live Tour.
The arena never forgets 🙌

Be honest… how tempted do you think @JetLoves was to climb The Wall again? 😂
And just for fun - which 90s Gladiator would you love to see again? 👀⚡️
