When muscles are stiff and sore to the touch, heat is a great way to start working the area. I like using the Hyperice heated massage gun attachments to warm up the tissue.
This allows for better tissue manipulation. We want the muscles, fascia, and everything in between to be pliable, without the discomfort.

This is my new favorite tool!

Medical lead for @usa_weightlifting nationals ✅ thank god for this crew. What a week. Running at altitude, visiting the USOPC, hiking the incline. This team rose above some challenges this week and crushed it. As someone said “sh*t happens. Often” but this crew took it in stride 💪💪 next up NAOS2 in Fort Worth by @jfbodywork

Learning from the best, Mr. Tom Myers, author of Anatomy Trains, this weekend!

Boone's stunning mountains were the perfect backdrop. Hiking through them was a great way to unwind and made for a great getaway.

Fun fact: 3300 people can fit in this meditation hall.
