🚨 Red Flag Alert 🚨 If your massage therapist isn’t conducting assessments, consider this…

✋ Why Assessments Matter: A massage therapist who doesn’t dive into assessments is like a chef skipping the recipe – it’s a vital ingredient to tailor your session. 🧘‍♀️🔍 Assessments help us understand YOUR unique needs, ensuring a bespoke massage experience that targets the exact areas begging for relief.

🌟 Personalized Care Works: Your body is one-of-a-kind, and so should your massage. 💆‍♂️ Skipping assessments means missing out on the chance to personalize your session, leaving your specific concerns unaddressed. We believe in addressing the root cause of your problem whenever and wherever possible.

👐 Our Promise: At Body Heal Therapy, assessments are our starting point. It’s not about a one-size-fits-all approach; it’s about crafting a session that speaks YOUR body’s language. Your comfort, your preferences – they guide our hands for a massage experience tailored just for you.

You deserve better than guesswork!

We recommend that you have something to eat before your session, especially if you’re coming in later in the day.
.
This can help ensure a positive experience during your treatment, helping to reduce the possibility of lightheadedness, or even reduce the risk of fainting.
.
If you forget (and we know you will), we’ve got you covered! And if there’s an option you think should be available for clients/patients, drop it in the comments!

We just wrapped up our Thai Massage Master Class in Asheville, NC and couldn’t be prouder of these incredibly intuitive, skilled, and dedicated therapists. There was so much creative freedom and risk-taking in the room that catapulted everyone’s practice to another level. This class is truly a game-changer and it was a privilege to share this space with so many talented bodyworkers who are sharing Thai massage with the world! Thank you everyone for your perseverance and open hearts! Your clients are going to be in heaven next time they get on your mats 🤍 Next Master Class is in November - follow link in bio to register and save your spot! Don’t wait - This one sells out fast!

Ladies and gentleman, your 2024, Olympic Weightlifting team. Hampton Morris, Mary Theisen-Lappen, Wes Kitts, Olivie Reeves, and Jourdan Delacruz. It was a great nationals event chatting with our Olympic team, supporting the athletes competing, working with a heck of a med team, catching up with old friends and making new ones. Peaceful hot tub moments watching deer, eating parfaits with a knife and early hill workouts. Thankful. #olympics #weightlifting #teamusa #sportmed #medteamlife

We had a fantastic group of healthcare providers to work with this year at the 2024 USAW National Championships supporting our @usa_weightlifting athletes.

Not to mention a wonderful send off for our Olympians who will be competing in Paris in just under 40 days.

Missing in the pic, but definitely not forgotten are Dr. Mead, Dr. Applequist, and Dr. Moeller.
