I am so grateful to be surrounded by the most passionate people in health and wellness. Right now I’m in the era of exploring movement that makes me feel strong for myself and my family.

Shout out to HYBRID XT for getting me into a regular program that continuously kicks my 🍑, as long as it’s getting stronger we’re good 😂

What would it feel like to let go, even just for a week?

UNTETHERED is our first destination wellness retreat, in Dubrovnik, Croatia, May 21–27, 2027.

Join Lisa Gonzalez, LifePower Yoga Master Faculty Trainer, and JJ Feldman, Senior Director of Classes, Life Time Branding & Community, at Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, a beautiful coastal escape on the Adriatic. Each morning begins with yoga, Pilates, meditation, and reflection.

Then head out to explore Croatia together. Sail to the Elaphiti Islands, walk Dubrovnik’s historic city walls and UNESCO-listed Old Town, wander the Trsteno Arboretum and savor an olive oil tasting, and cook a farm-to-table Croatian meal side by side.

Come as you are.
Leave lighter.
Return home to yourself.

Registration is open, and spots are limited. Tap the link in bio to save yours. We can’t wait to meet you there!

Monday Warriors, it’s been 6 years since we started sweating together virtually and I couldn’t be more grateful for all you! From newborns to a new baby, we’ve been through it all!

For my virtual friends - livestream classes are not going away but today is our final virtual sweat!

You can still join me in the studio every Monday at 4:15 for a 45-min sweaty Warrior Sculpt 🔥🧘🏼‍♀️ taken in Life Time Chanhassen by @jfitfeldman

The best part of the job - watching strong and inspiring humans chase their dreams at the same time we’re chasing ours.

Another epic @lifetime.ltgames in the books ✌🏼

In case you missed the action, watch the full day coverage on YouTube.

To the team that helped bring this to life, no words, just gratitude. 🙏🏼

To the athletes, so much respect to your dedication to your training and leaving it all on the course.

In the city… Minneapolis made its mark this weekend with the inaugural @lifetime.ltgames 🙌🏼

I have been so fortunate to have had the privilege to be a small part of some of the epic innovation @lifetime.life has been launching since I joined the company over a decade ago.

And every time I get to be a part of a team that creates magic like LT Games, I tell myself there is no way it can get any better… but that’s the thing about @lifetime.life - with so much passion, the only thing we know how to do - is to do it better.

It all started with some horse stall mats and a few crazy ideas and somehow we ended up here.

A massive thank you to the athletes that thought a weekend in Minneapolis would be fun and trusting us with this new hybrid race model and to the entire crew that made this entire weekend possible and unforgettable.

A special thank you has to go to @semifitwes and @martinastas for never thinking any idea I had was too crazy and putting (almost too much) trust in me.

To my team who had no idea what they had just signed on to be a part of, the gratitude runs deep 🫶🏻 @social.media.mel & @lauren.cookle25

Not sure what’s more impressive - that we pulled this off, or that people are already asking when we’re doing it again. 😏

Lacing up these new kicks for a little 3-mile ‘am I back?’ test 😏 This momma used to crush daily runs and dropped a 1:30 half like it was nothing… now it’s time to see if I can chase down that pre-kids speed or something even better. Spoiler alert: we’ve got some work to do 🐢
