PRECISION DEFINES CHAMPIONS

17 stations. Every rep. Every movement. Every standard meticulously crafted for hybrid competition. This is how the elite are made.

Train. Transform. Compete.

For Noah Ohlsen, being an elite athlete hasn’t made the nerves disappear. But it has made him more grateful for every opportunity to see what he can do.

This year, that meant being the men’s champion at the LT Games.

Congratulations, Noah. taken in Life Time Frisco by @lifetime.ltgames

resilience is a muscle, and training for @lifetime.ltgames made me flex it over and over again.

this was genuinely one of the hardest physical things i’ve ever done, and i am super thankful for the way that it pushed me!

shoutout to all the @lifetime.life organizers that made this an unforgettable experience, my fellow competitors that motivated me to be my best, and especially to the best training partner @leana.panter for convincing me to fly to dallas and take on this challenge 🖤

this is fun….. right? 😉 if i’m gonna die might as well die with a smile taken in Dallas, Texas by @lifetime.ltgames

What a weekend in Dallas. 🔥

Big thanks to the @lifetime.ltgames team and @lifetime.frisco for putting together an incredible event.

This was the third LT Games EVER, and it’s exciting to see this competition continue to grow.

For my hybrid athletes, runners, lifters, and anyone who just likes testing themselves — this one is worth checking out. 💪🏾

The format is tough: running, rowing, SkiErg, deadlifts, wall balls, box work, shoulder-to-overhead, D-ball movements, burpees and more.

You have six minutes at each station, and on several of the strength stations, you can choose your weight and rep strategy. That means this is just as much about pacing and decision-making as it is fitness.

Definitely one of the harder workouts I’ve done, and I already know there are places I’d attack differently next time.

I’ll be back. 👀

For now, check out some of the footage from the weekend. 🎥

More content coming.

Lauren Weeks thought becoming a mom might change what was possible for her as an athlete.

She was right. It changed everything.

Still chasing that elusive PR!

Round 3 of @lifetime.ltgames games and missed my goal time by 20 seconds. You can bet I’ll be giving it another go.

The team behind the LT Games continues to raise the bar and create an experience that makes athletes want to come back and test themselves again and again.

Thank you to the coaches, families, volunteers, judges, media, and staff who give so much of themselves to make these few days possible. 🙏🏻

The competition pushes us. The community keeps us coming back. And the work continues.
