It was a tough week for our family as we had to say goodbye to Banjo, our family’s beloved pet for 13+ years. Most anyone that met him wanted to take him home and, trust me, he was willing. He’d flop over for belly rubs for strangers and family alike in a hot second. When Kat found him wandering in the hills of Leon Springs in 2012, we had no idea the joy he’d bring to our lives. This Lhasa Apso was a very good boy. May his memory be a blessing 😢 by @jglast

Here’s the truth, there is an oversupply of homes in the San Antonio luxury real estate market, but for something truly special, demand, by far, exceeds supply. When a home is perfect, with beautiful design, timeless architecture, manicured landscaping, a well-thought-out floor plan, privacy and desirable amenities, buyers are lining up. These properties are rare though.

Our Huntington at Shavano Park listing went under contract for more than asking price after five back-to-back showings on Monday before going on the public market.
