I didn’t have a business degree.
I didn’t have a huge following.
And I definitely didn’t have it all figured out.

But I had a vision.
I had drive.
And I was no longer willing to settle for a life that didn’t light me up.

So I said YES.
To growth.
To freedom.
To building something on my terms.

Now I get to help other women do the same—without burnout, without limits, and with a whole lot of purpose and fun along the way. 💫

If you’ve ever felt like you were meant for more… you are.

Drop the word ELEVATE ⬇️ or DM me, and I’ll share how you can start building a business—and a life—you’re obsessed with. 🫶

Same Balcony
Different Girl
One Year Apart

In January was fed up with thinking I was eating right and yet still eating tons of processed foods.
So I decided to go whole food crazy and supplement with my shakes, gut health, greensynergy and the new Intermittent Fasting 7 Day Refresh that we got our hands on in January. Whoop whoop! I wouldn’t have made it through without those tools in my toolbelt!

I Vlogged some of my experiences but wow it was evident this was the answer for me!
When you look in the mirror the changes might be unnoticeable to your naked eye but when put side by side I am blown away.

When I look at these pictures I see less bloat, less inflammation, glowing skin and a leaner, toner me! A younger looking me💪

Excited to continue to coach people through the 30 Day lifestyle with my tweaks that helped make a huge change and also start another round of the 7 Day Intermittent Fasting Refresh this next week!

Not gonna lie didn’t think IF was for me but I am looking forward to my second round! I absolutely loved it and crushed it the first time!

Gym life has always been a part of my life but what I realized is Abs are made in the kitchen with real food!

Follow along to see what happens this round ….or jump in and join me! We already have 200+ doing it with us!!!! I would love to share all my tips with you that shifted everything for me!!! taken in The Signature At MGM Grand, Las Vegas. by @jillbygrace

Wow, this really hits home for me!

20 years ago …..I left a six figure court reporting career to pursue something completely new, and it was a wild ride! Four months in, I had replaced my court reporting income, and I haven’t looked back since.

I love starting new things, exploring new possibilities and realizing I’m capable of more than I thought. I don’t ever want to stop doing that.

Because one thing I know for sure… if it is to be, it’s up to me. 🤍

My story is my story but yours can be yours Earnings.arbonne.com by @jillbygrace

When it feels like nothing is happening… EVERYTHING is happening.

I was reminded of this during a really hard season of my life. I’ve had times when I questioned everything, including myself, and wanted to just throw in the towel.

But looking back, those were the seasons that reminded me what I was made of.

They say most people give up three feet from striking gold. And boy, have I been close to being one of them!

Sometimes all that work in the dark is doing more than you realize. You just have to dig a little deeper.

And somewhere along the way, you remember who the F you are. 🔥

Keep digging💪 by @jillbygrace

I was invited to a make your own tamale party and, being vegan, I wasn’t quite sure what I’d be eating. But the host had a special masa just for me, and I brought peas, potatoes and mushrooms for one filling, plus beans and vegan cheese for another. Oh my goodness, they were so good!

Everyone brought their own filling, and we sat around making Christmas tamales together. The best part? You make them, freeze them, and steam them later when you’re ready to eat. My kind of holiday prep. 🫔🥂

If you want to host one, here’s what you’ll need:

• Champagne, of course
• Bags and bags of masa
• Red and green sauces
• Corn husks soaking in water
• Tin pans for stacking the tamales
• Freezer bags
• A marker to label everyone’s creations
• Six foot tables and chairs
• Plastic tablecloths for easy cleanup

Guests bring their favorite filling. Pork, beef, chicken, veggies, chilies, Monterey Jack or mozzarella. For my vegan friends, the veggie filling and the beans with vegan cheese were both delicious!

We even used masa spreaders, which made spreading it onto the corn husks so much easier. Who knew?!

Make them together, label your bags, freeze them and steam later. Christmas tamales ready to go!

Save this for a Christmas get together. I’d happily make this a yearly tradition. ❤️ by @jillbygrace

I have NO intention of slowing down. 😂

People ask what I do to stay healthy, strong and energized. The truth? Nothing fancy. Just a lot of consistency.

💪 PROTEIN: Around 45g of plant-based protein every morning. Muscle is currency as we age!

🌿 GUT HEALTH: My daily Arbonne Gut Health and Greens. Taking care of my gut is a non-negotiable.

🏋️‍♀️ WEIGHTS: Strength training 4 days a week. I want muscle, not frailty!

🚶‍♀️ MOVEMENT: Walking every day, Pilates and staying active.

🥑 REAL FOOD: I cook, make healthy swaps and limit ultra-processed foods. But I still enjoy my gelato! 😂

💧 WATER + SLEEP: Boring but so important.

At this stage of life I’m not trying to look 35. I’m building a body that will let me do everything I love at 75, 85 and beyond.

Aging is inevitable. Frailty is optional. 💪🤍

I want to be RICH. But not for the things.

I’m chasing freedom and TIME.

Freedom to pack my bags on a random Tuesday because I feel like going somewhere.

Freedom to book the tickets without having to ask anyone for time off.

Freedom to spend time with my kids, no matter how old they get or where life takes them.

Freedom to work from my kitchen, a coffee shop or somewhere on the other side of the world.

And sometimes freedom to do absolutely NOTHING. 😂

That’s why I started building my business 21 years ago. I didn’t want my entire life dictated by a work schedule or how many hours I could put in.

I wanted choices.

So I built a business and systems that allow me to work from my phone, whether I’m home or halfway around the world.

And after all these years, I appreciate that more than ever.

Don’t get me wrong, I like nice things. Who doesn’t? 😂 But the older I get, the less impressed I am by things and the more I value having control over my own time.

Because at the end of the day, what good is having money if you don’t have the freedom to enjoy your life?

That’s my definition of being rich. 🤍 by @jillbygrace

I felt like I was eavesdropping this morning as I sat by myself sipping my espresso at a little coffee shop. 😂

It was Thursday morning and I found myself listening to three completely different conversations.

Two women were talking about starting a business, dreaming about what it could become and all the possibilities ahead of them.

A group of moms were talking about their kids, nap schedules, behaviors and all the things that seem so big when you’re in the thick of raising little ones.

And then there were two older gentlemen reminiscing about their wives who had passed away.

I almost felt like a fly on the wall, listening to people in such different seasons of life.

And I wanted so badly to say something to each of them.

To the women starting their business, I wanted to tell them to DREAM BIG. That what they’re imagining really could become their reality. Don’t let anyone talk you out of it.

To the moms, I wanted to tell them that those babies are going to grow up so fast. Don’t sweat all the little stuff. They’re going to be okay. Just love them hard and enjoy this time because one day you’ll wish you could have just one of those ordinary days back.

And to those two gentlemen…well, that one got me.

They had both lost the loves of their lives. I wanted to tell them how incredibly fortunate they were to have experienced that kind of love. So many people spend their entire lives hoping to find it.

I didn’t say a word to any of them. I just sat there with my espresso thinking about life and how quickly we move through all these different chapters.

The dreams we’re chasing, the kids we’re raising, the people we’re loving and eventually the memories we’re left with.

I walked out of that coffee shop feeling incredibly grateful for the life I have.

Highly recommend taking yourself out for coffee sometime. No scrolling, no rushing, no agenda. Just sit and take in the world around you.

You might walk away with a whole new appreciation for your own life. 🤍 by @jillbygrace

Back at it again today!

My body is sore. My muscles hurt. My back is killing me. And I had EVERY excuse not to go.

But excuses don’t get results.

So broken and battered 😂 I practically crawled into the gym today and did what I could. Nothing crazy. I showed up, moved my body and then went straight to the chiropractor after. 😂

I’ve learned that I can come up with a million reasons NOT to do something, but at the end of the day I’m the one who has to live with the results of those choices.

And I want to be strong. I want to be healthy. I want to feel good. And I want to keep doing all the things I love for a really long time.

So…back at it.

What’s an excuse you keep giving yourself that you KNOW you could overcome to become a healthier version of you? 💪 by @jillbygrace

Getting back to the gym after almost three weeks away was not easy. I knew I was going back because for me it’s just not optional anymore, but I definitely wasn’t jumping out of bed excited about it. 😂

What surprised me was what DIDN’T happen while I was gone.

I really didn’t lose my strength. I don’t feel like I lost much muscle at all. I actually leaned out a little while I was traveling and when I got back in the gym my body seemed to pick up pretty much where I left off.

And it made me think about the last four years.

I’ve been so consistent. Week after week, month after month, year after year. I don’t always feel like going and I certainly don’t have amazing workouts every time, but I go.

Apparently your body remembers that.

Four years of consistency doesn’t disappear because you take three weeks off. And I think sometimes we forget that. We think if we go on vacation or get out of our routine for a few weeks that we’ve somehow ruined everything we worked for.

You haven’t.

I also think I’ve gotten to a place in my life where the gym means something completely different to me than it used to. Of course I want to look good and feel good in my clothes. I’m not going to pretend I don’t. 😂

But I want the muscle more.

I want the strength. I want strong bones. I want to travel and walk all day and carry my own suitcase. I want to feel good mentally. I want to be independent for as long as humanly possible.

Working out has become one of my lifelines to all of that.

So I’m back.

A little sore. 😂 But back.

And very grateful for the body I’ve spent the last four years building. 💪🏼 by @jillbygrace

After this week, I’m reminded how quickly life can change in an instant.

We go about our days thinking about the dumbest things sometimes. What needs to get done, what didn’t go right, something someone said, what we’re worried about next week.

And then you have one of those moments where suddenly none of it seems very important.

It’s amazing how quickly your perspective can change.

The people you love.
Your health.
Being able to wake up and have another ordinary day.

THAT’S the good stuff.

I think we all know life is fragile, but knowing it and really feeling it are two different things.

So this week I’m just feeling a little more grateful for normal. For boring. For the people I love being exactly where they’re supposed to be.

And maybe a little less interested in sweating all the other stuff.

No big life lesson today. Just perspective. 🤍 by @jillbygrace
