60 DAYS. ZERO EXCUSES. 💥

Today marks 60 straight days of moving my body, and I’m so proud of myself! 🙌

When I started, I had no idea if I’d stay committed. But one day turned into one week… one week turned into 60 days… and now it’s just part of who I am.

Some days it’s a morning walk. Some days it’s the gym. And let’s be honest… it’s July in Vegas, so sometimes getting outside just isn’t happening! 🥵 The workout may change, but the commitment doesn’t.

If there’s one thing I hope you take away from this, it’s this: just move. ❤️

It doesn’t matter what size you are, how many steps you get, or what your workout looks like. Just move your body every day. Your future self will thank you.

Monday morning movement ✔️ Team call ✔️ Fizz + Hydration in hand ✔️💚 What a way to start the week!!

Got my steps in, enjoyed this beautiful weather, and checked another day off the calendar. 🙌 I’m almost at 60 days of showing up for myself every single morning, and later this week I’ll officially hit that milestone! I honestly can’t believe it!

Was I excited to get out of bed this morning? Nope. 😅 I definitely wanted to stay under the covers. But I made the choice to get up anyway… and I’m so glad I did.

Every day isn’t about motivation. It’s about making the choice to keep going, even when you don’t feel like it. Those small choices really do add up.

Here’s to another week of moving our bodies, showing up for ourselves, and celebrating every little win! Let’s go! 💪✨

🫶🏻Some of my most treasured friendships have been built through my Arbonne business. If I was asked what the best part of my business has been over the past 24 years I’ve been with this company, I would say the community & life long friendships I have made. I am literally surrounded by women I know will always have my back & who ALWAYS have a way of reminding me what I’m capable of and what’s most important. There is ABSOLUTELY no competition between us; only love, encouragement and the genuine desire to help each other succeed! What more could we ask for?! 💗Yesterday was one of those moments I know I’ll carry with me for a long time.💗

Standing on that stage, training top leadership from around the globe, was such an incredible honor… but what meant the most to me was the heart behind what I shared 💗which was the heart of my people ! My family , my team , my sidelines, my North Coastal Community all of whom had transformed me 🙌🏾🙏🏽

Because for me, leadership has never just been about titles, success, or building something big and look at me !!

It’s about people.  It’s about stewarding people.
It’s about building people.  It’s about having the courage to keep showing up through the highs and lows. It’s about calling greatness out of others. It’s about building community, growing leaders, and loving people well along the way.
And maybe more than anything, it’s about understanding that the things we walk through are never wasted. They become wisdom. They become encouragement. They become insight, support, and wise counsel for the people God places in our path.
Yesterday was powerful. Not just because I got to stand on a stage… but because I got to stand there and share from a place that has been tested, stretched, refined, and held by God.
So grateful. So humbled. And so excited to share more from this message in the days ahead. ✨
