Jill’s leadership has made our single-location community bank a nationally recognized force in banking. From testifying before Congress to bringing Main Street’s perspective to the G20, she has earned a voice in the decisions shaping our industry while keeping Edmond at the center of her work.

125 years ago, Citizens Bank of Edmond opened its doors in downtown Edmond, Oklahoma. This week, we had a seat at the G20.

Our CEO Jill Castilla joined U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and leaders from across the global financial system at the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting.

From serving our neighbors on First and Broadway to representing Main Street on the world stage, we’ve always believed the size of a bank doesn’t determine the size of its impact.
