FIRST SOLO HYROX. DONE. 🥹🔥

Still riding the high from this one. There’s something pretty special about crossing that finish line knowing you did the whole damn thing on your own. But the truth is, I never really did it alone. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to @l_wit85 @drblotempio, and @laurmkrich for pushing me, believing in me, and preparing me for this moment. To the HYROX Betches group chat for the laughs, encouragement, and endless hype. To everyone who showed up to cheer me on or sent words of encouragement. And to the entire @backyard.bos squad for being the kind of community that makes you believe you can do hard things.

I couldn’t have done this without all of you, and I’m so grateful. 🫶

Will I ever do another solo? TBD. But cheers to more finish lines, more challenges, more memories, and a whole lot more showing up. 🥂 by @jillianstira

If your paddle is starting to look a little…suspicious 👀 it might be time to work on the actual issue.

Our coaches + clinics are here to help you clean up your technique, build consistency, and figure out what’s really happening on those missed shots.

Less blaming the paddle. More making the shot. 😏🏓

Check out upcoming clinics or book time with one of our coaches! taken in Picklebos by @jillianstira

Jillian here 👋 Just popping in to give a very public thank you to everyone at Backyard who hears “I have an idea…” and somehow doesn’t immediately run away.

Whether I’m asking you to get on camera, say something ridiculous, wear something questionable, climb on top of a stack of boxes, or participate in whatever concept @laurmkrich & I have cooked up that day…you guys almost always say yes. 😂

Turns out the secret to successful social media is a community willing to commit to the bit. And we really do have the best one. 🫶

Thank you for keeping my camera roll chaotic and Backyard fun. Please never start saying no to me. taken in Backyard Bos by @jillianstira
