Strength Challenge 26 U105🥇
Log - 140kg (comp PB)
Deadlidt - 300kg
Stone - 200kg (vids are 180/200/220)

Great day run by @wastrongman at @varsity_au
Happy to have PBed log in comp. Deadlift was a bit average, stones were frustrating, self-inflicted of course.
Happy to have had the opportunity to have another crack at extending the stone record , but now it’s @charlievan_strongman turn in a few weeks 😂
Congrats to @crasheds22 and @cameronpilapil on your performances, great to see you both up on the podium.

Thank you Seb from @relief_wellness_hub for getting me in last minute and fixing my broken lats and shoulders, led me to a PB 😘

Props to @wastrongman for getting so many numbers and hosting the comp at a great location, amazing to see so many new faces enter the sport.

Asylum 26 🚫 no good 😂
My first time doing a comp like this in my life and it was great fun, so good to see all the SM crew from over east.
Didn't manage to load the 215kg. Very disappointed but couldn't have done anything different, just wasn't my day and that’s ok. First video was the last warm up at 200kg, then my best failed attempts 😂
Ill get it next time.

QLD Strongest Man 2026 🥇

So happy with how this weekend went. I achieved every goal I set myself for this comp, met some amazing new people and got to catch up with plenty of old friends.

Event 1 – Deadlift for Points
300kg × 1 / 270kg × 2 — 5th

Event 2 – Trump Barbell Overhead
110kg / 120kg / 140kg
Managed 2 reps on the 140kg bar — Tied 🥇

Event 3 – Cannonball Stone Run
110kg / 130kg / 150kg / 170kg / 180kg
Absolute highlight of the comp for me. Running stones into a cannon was such a cool event and I loved every second of it. Managed the fastest completion time across all weight classes as well, which I was very happy with. 🥇

Event 4 – Farmers into Sled Drag
140kg Farmers → 280kg Sled Drag — 🥇

Event 5 – Sandbag Toss over 4m
15kg / 20kg / 20kg / 20kg — 🥇

Event 6 – Sandbag Steeplechase
120kg Sandstone / 120kg Husafell Stone / 140kg Sandbag — 🥇

Huge congratulations to @charlievan_strongman and @jayden_smith_0 on qualifying for ASM27. As always, it was awesome competing alongside such a great group of 105s.

A massive thank you to @little.meeks and @benchimus_primal from @the_strength_junction for putting on such a great competition. Between organising the events, securing so many amazing sponsors and everything else that goes on behind the scenes, putting on a comp like this is a huge task. You both did an incredible job. People are always quick to criticise promoters, but until you've seen how much work actually goes into running one of these comps, it's hard to appreciate just how much they take on.

And a huge thank you to @strengthzen__ , @sarahaphlex and @chantelle_gauci_ for everything this weekend, along with so many others who helped and supported me throughout it.

Couldn't have asked for much more from the weekend. 5 event wins from 6 and QLD Strongest U105 2026. 🥇

QLD strongest Stone run ✅️ with a lil carry.
110/130/150/170/180kg

Canon ball run. This was so fun. Despite the death look on my face. But comp weight week 1, happy with that. @strengthzen__ did say I could heavier if it felt good. 😇😇

🔥 WA witnessed a national record LIVE. 🔥

210kg.
A national record.
A stadium-shaking cheer.

James De Graaf walked into the arena and delivered one of the most iconic stone lifts in Australian strongman history AFTER a full day of battling on the biggest strongman stage in the west.

He stepped up.
He locked in.
He lifted a 210kg Atlas Stone and made both WA Strongman history and Australian Strongman history in one single, unbelievable moment.

This is WA Strongman at its absolute peak. 💛🔥
This is what legends look like.
