Opening tonight - Australian Galleries Celebrates 70 Years and Stuart Purvis' 80th Birthday.

My work made for the exhibition - Wallaby Light (the light is always on)
The wallaby carries a glowing house as a symbol of Stuart's enduring support of artists. The light within represents his generosity, dedication, and ever-present guidance, offering warmth, encouragement and mentorship.
Stuart often calls me to check how things are going in my personal life and always ends the call with, "I'm only a phone call away. " He often tells me, " artists come first". No wonder this gallery is such a success and I can't thank him enough for everything he has done for me.
