Moments of my first Runefest 🐲 It was such a wonderful experience meeting and sharing time with the communities within @runescape—including my own and RAC (RuneScape Art Community)—when our interactions up until then were through streams and Discord. Gielinor, RuneScape’s world, truly came alive for me this weekend. Topping it all off, I got to witness my name and work on the big screen as a finalist in the Golden Gnome Awards, and I feel so passionately supported, and it makes me so moved.
Thank you for a wonderful first—I look forward to more in the coming years 🤍

Got to experience a 3D modelling taster session at @giagrams’s new Canary Wharf campus for their open day! As largely a traditional artist, digital programmes, particularly for 3D rendering, do make me feel queasy at times but I actually ended up having a lot of fun crafting my first 3D model, although we only had 15 minutes!
I think this particular software may be what I’m looking for!

This has been one of the happiest weeks in my last few years.
This week I completed a short course in illustration for jewellery design at @unioftheartslondon—I still can’t believe I created a seedling; something I want to nourish to bloom one day. Surrounded by a class of such creativity and heartfelt stories, it was deeply moving, and made me feel the vigour of life once again.

Five days is just the beginning, and I’m thankful to have this world introduced to me through the eyes of Edwin, our teacher @pusaka.jewellery — learning from him was truly eye-opening, fun, and inspiring!

I want to share my deepest thanks to @dcd_dancers for supporting me on my new journey through their retraining grant.

I look forward to continuing building, nurturing, and endlessly practising on this path.
