Call this a hot take if you want… but I mostly had in mind strangers and people who know me parasocially because of this app.

If you really know me, you know I’m hella sweaty. And I give folks a warning of this before they touch me. I usually prefer a cheek to cheek embrace as people in Hawai’i do or a fist bump, or handshake as a greeting for when meeting someone new. I hug my friends when I see them but sometimes it’s just a little love tap cause I’m damp or drenched in sweat.

Anyway if you meet any new person for the first time I think it’s always good to get either verbal or bodily consent (body language) to enact in physical touch. by @jinjavitis_
