MIC’D UP 🎙️ with WNBA Guard JJ Quinerly

Behind the scenes work.

Been training JJ since high school and it’s been special watching her journey. After a strong rookie season she faced a setback with injury and surgery, but this offseason we locked in and focused on getting her healthy and back to performing at a high level.

The part people don’t see is the work behind the scenes.

Excited to see her back out there doing what she does best.

Go be great JJ 💪🏽🏀

@dallaswings guard @jjquinerly locked in after beginning her post-injury rehab. A percentage at a time with focusing on base, ball placement, reads & rhythm. Excited to stack towards this upcoming season!
